  1. I certainly hope you get something along these lines and add it to the C and G fleet. Cadillac has been impressing the hell out of me lately.
  2. I like the brand but very limited head room with the concept. BMW needs to cut their losses and come up with a new direction I think.
  3. They cover both ends of the spectrum on the poop color...babies and the elderly... That purple is awesome. Now if I could just special order a GT 350 in that color.
  4. All of Drews suggestions are things I would proudly put in my driveway. Cherokee especially....!
  5. I will see you one and raise you one-Signal Flare Red 66 Mustang GT fastback, on a car carrier with a 70 Torino GT convertible, 4th gen vette, Gold Avanti, and a blue 70 442 Cutty. I-70 Westbound....good thing I had to pick my wife up from work or i would have followed the car carrier all the way to Indianapolis. Mental illness perhaps? I think blue needs a 12 Step addiction recovery program from the Ecosport.... I do not need to drag Ford down and diminish them to build myself up....but damn...of all of the Ford products I dislike...I really dislike the Ecosport.
  6. I could really agree with Colorado and Canyon-I have a couple of co workers who own them and love them.
  7. GTI/Golf R would still in ways be my car of choice...
  8. Considering that a "Continental" was slang for a bowel movement at one time, a lot of 84 year olds do have a fondness for a continental...
  9. Audios...which is kind of a shame. Not really a Ford lover by any means but I had a good time with the Fusion Hybrid Rental I took to Nashville for five days. Actually was quite competent on the highway, especially when we hit some really nasty weather...the big silver Ford really impressed me for a bit. That being said, I really could not see buying it over its competition.
  10. I have not felt well for a month either, you are in good company.
  11. Because they ahve a world wide market and the USA is a side show...just like Benz.
  12. Not necessarily a good thing....
  13. The fallacy of sunk costs...they have already lost everything they need to loose...stop production and leave luxury to people like Benz, Cadillac and BMW who know what they are doing.
  14. It really did pretty good...I was impressed with the current tune on the 9 speed auto also.
  15. We took a road trip in a friends Renegade Trailhawk. loaded down with 500 lbs of a Planer I ahd purchased for my wood shop and 600 lbs of a large industrial sander we had picked up on the same trip, we made 23 miles per gallon across the blue ridge mountains running 80+ MPH and passing semis uphill on the inter state highways. I like the degree of personalization also. It has made me forget all about those MINI's and such...
  16. Compared to an Altima, yes...I will give you that. This car is incapable of challenging Cadillac, much less Benz and the big boys.
  17. Will be happy watching the tail end of this car go out the door... I would upvote this by a thousand if I could. I have seen 2 on the road in the last month...and I have visited North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, South Carolina and a few other states by highway. A few more years these will be as uncommon as an AMC Marlin. I ahve literally seen more Model A Fords out and about than modern contis. Again, if you and I can see it why could the people that run Ford Motor company not see this?
  18. I think If I were to buy a new car I would strongly consider something from jeep. Very impressed with jeep lately.
  19. Or the roads...you in Michigan ahve a religious aversion to pavement repair it would seem.
