The driver of the Olds, Marc, was going with his wife to plan the funeral of his three grandchildren, when he was killed along with his wife Misty. A VERY emotional court room...kind of sad really. Oddly enough...the driver of the ford, (Nisa Kolovich) had just pulled out of the Taco bell drive through. A year and a half ago, coming home from work, another teenage girl, also driving a Ford eEcape (green rather than blue) was involved in a fatality accident after pulling out from the MacDonald s across the street from the Taco Bell...and I was there shortly after THAT accident happened. Odd also...without knowing what we were going to try...noticed a HUGE turtle crossing the highway at the scene of the accident when I drove into court this ayem, Been a sad, strange day.
