  1. I myself would MUCH rather have the Avi of the two... Chris
  2. This is the sad thing, Chryco seemed to be realy finding their way for the longest time and then.....boom. Daimler really effed them good. Chris
  3. One of my sons likes the VUE, but I don't. Chris
  4. I see very few of those "piles" on the road in the US, which would indicate that your probably right. Chris
  5. It's sad to see Chryselr fall on its ass like it has. Valiant, from the 1960's, with a slant six, available as a wagon and a ragtop...great boxy little car, ran forever and a day. Volare, from the 1970's, huge leap bass ackwards. K car, further leap backwards. Neon, LH cars, Chrysler shows hope. Current crop of cars, Chrysler is further behind the 8 ball than ever before. 300M...not really sure, it is a cool car in its own way, but all of Chryco needs to start finding their own way FAST. Chris
  6. I would agree. Starting today, I am looking at real estate on the bus line, seriously. With all due respect to CMG and Dodgefan, if this is the future of automobile design, I'm using public transportation. Chris
  7. I would agree...but also disagree with abstinence only sex education. Chris
  8. Fixed. Chris
  9. Quoted for truth, although I think McCain is much smarter than W and much more his own man. I like the "inclusive value" of a female VP, but not impressed by Ms. Sarah as a candidate. Chris
  10. When one of the guys from my 18 Y.O. daughters church heard that I was voting for Obama, his response was "Why don't you just go out and personally kill 40 million unborn babies? That's what Obama really wants!" He'd be in even more shock if he knew my daughter also will be voting for Obama. Chris
  11. Actually I know lots of guys who do hunt...we need to come together in this nation. These guys want to preserve the environment just as much as the liberals on the left. We need common sense and to realize common goals. Chris
  12. No, we really can't. You and I won't ever agree on politics...however we agree on this. I have been going door to door for the Obama campaign, and I hear comments like "I'm not voting for that F###### G#### D### N####. Positive comments are usually something like "he seems like a nice man, I hope he wins." Very few people have put ANY thought into which candidate they would like for any real reasons that matter. What is scary is that I live in Ohio, which is a "swing" state. Chris
  13. Ditto with you and Pauli, although I would call myself on the conservative side of liberal. I personally don't think anyone has done as much damage to our country as Reagan, Bush Sr. and Bush Jr. Chris
  14. Saw a beautiful yellow 67 Camaro RS that was pristine and stock restored. Also saw a red on red 63 Split window. Chris
  15. You may be buying your last GM car then. I talked with a GM engeneer who had his car down here at a car show in Columbus. He actually worked on previous Camaro/firebird development, as well as the C5, C6, Solstice, and Sky. He implied that GM was going to come out with a cool replacement for the Sky/Solstice, that Corvette production would continue, and that GM saw little need to develop the whole Camaro/firebird/RWD thing after the current generation. He said that Hybrids and fuel efficient cars were going to be the whole wave of the future for GM. Sadly, I think Camry wanna be's are GM's (unfortunate) future. Come to Columbus, I'll buy you a few beers and we can weep over the future together like a couple fo school girls, but...cars like the Cobalt and Volt are GM's future. Chris
  16. Add my +1 also. This is going to sound profoundly stupid coming from a guy who loves small cars but the Impala design is really starting to grow on me. Hope it continues to sell well for a few more years. Chris
  17. With all of the heritage and history, I would be sad to see them go...but I don't see a Chrysler in my future. Unless it is a Charger cop car in my rearview mirror. Chris
  18. I love it.... Chris
  19. (Enter sarcasm mode) Dollar for dollar a rolls is probably cheaper to operate..... (exist Sarcasm mode) Chris
  20. Or their reputation and sanity? Chris
  21. :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: Chris
  22. +1. I used to vote about 85% Republican, but I think Mr. bush has cured me of that...on a permanant basis. Chris
  23. The economy isn't in bad shape... ...yeah, right....I think you and your BF are doing the right thing going to Germany for awhile. I'm glad my wife has a good job at a local university, because very little will be economically stable here for a long, long time, I think. Chris
