  1. Oh my God!
  2. That thing is cool as heck. The cyberfuturistic '49 Ford taillights are crazy!
  3. I am surprised to see Saturn on the list, actually. Good job. I am not atall surprised to see VW and Audi up there.
  4. Hmmm... I wonder how those guys got to the show.
  5. Oh, well... if you can only get that color in the Hybrid, nevermind. I need my internal combustion, baby.
  6. Oh man. I am going to have to post a traitorous opinion on this after seeing the 2008 Escape in black and green at other sites' galleries. I prefer the 2008 Escape's exterior style, but I like the VUE's powertrains and interior better.
  7. I don't think I like your avatar, Fordfan1. :AH-HA_wink:
  8. If they do a Fusion coupe, will it be upright and buttoned down, tailored like the sedan, or will it have a sporty greenhouse? This would be cool... Pontiac G6, Nissan Altima, Fusion, Milan... and Malibu coupes!
  9. Bad lighting on that pic, it looks like it's sweating. The C&D pics are much better. The light green one at C&D's gallery is nice looking. I like the new, squarer body with the cleaner side treatment, and the front looks better, more macho. The old one looks timid by comparison. This and the Mariner deserve the 3.5L as the top engine. The Tribute should be given a 1.2L, 58 horsepower 4 cylinder with a one barrel carb.
  10. I really like that, and I think the color is cool, but it looks like the fresh paint was dripping off and then the car ran through it.
  11. I never thought I'd say this, but the wing actually looks like it belongs there. Hot.
  12. The front looks passable, but the back looks like a trashbin.
  13. Kick their asses out of L.A.
  14. Well, we have a midsize sedan, a fullsize sedan, a crossover... we need a coupe or a convertible. Or both with the same model name.
  15. For the first time ever on C&G, I am... speechless.
  16. Can we return to the old days, when shadowy, grainy photographs led me to believe this thing would look decent? I do not like this atall, at least in photos. The Pontiac is much sweeter.
  17. Engineers then need to be judged on the thickness of the lenses in their bifocals.
  18. Irretrievably nerdy.
  19. Sweet little vehicle, nice color. C&D's dig on GM's 3.6L? Unacceptable.

    FART

Disgusting. Why would anyone glue a dildo to the front of a Prius? A waste of a good marital aid.
  21. Perhaps Camino can help you with European cars and their idiosyncrasies. He's got that Jag and Maser.
  22. That's the thing. "Fresh meat" syndrome. It'd be fun to go, but I'd take someone with you. Bright lights, big city, but watch out for snakes. Not trying to hold you back from enjoying yourself, just want to make sure you're ok.
  23. #11 - VW Passat
  24. Perhaps I sunk the idea for a lot of people by uttering the word "Beretta". For some folks perhaps, that model name reminds us of dark days. But, my mom had an '88 Beretta GT, she loved that thing and put 105k miles on it in a couple of years. Damn good little car for her. This newest Malibu is, of course, lightyears ahead of that car, and much bigger than a Cobalt. More the size of the soon-to-be defunct Monte Carlo, but with a much more contemporary style. I still think it would look great and it would sell well. I can understand if GM wants to protect Pontiac, though, with the G6 coupe being their only midsize, FWD coupe.
  25. Nerd says: "Take a ride in my DeSoto, baby." Girl says: "No! No! I'll scream if you don't let go of me!"
