  1. aino, just kidding around. Welcome to C&G. If I may ask, are your first and middle initials D.R.?
  2. Agreed, ohsnap. There's something about that house. It has a special aura.
  3. Surely you can't keep a straight face, Brew, when you read the EPA classification for the Compass. It's much more a(n) (ugly) car than even the pissy Escape/Mariner/Tribute.
  4. What, no NOS?
  5. Datsun has a history of using styling cues from their hottest cars on their less intense products, same as many other manufacturers. It looks like an Altima coupe to me, and it is a fine looking car. I need bigger photos and some interior shots. The Pontiac is sensual and romantic, as it should be, this is hot in a different way. Both are worthy of consideration.
  6. What, he's your friend? You know this guy? Sharpen your sticks, everyone! Let's get toyoguy, too! (I need a tribal smiley right now) :AH-HA_wink:
  7. Is aino a bot?
  8. 76ChevyTrucker:
  9. I hope this is a case of classic, poor GM photography.
  10. Paris Hilton has a GL450?
  11. Suzuki SX4 is AWD and can be locked in 4X4, it is also cheaper and better looking than the putrid Compass. Plus it comes with power windows.
  12. Ridgeline (gag)
  13. I had to abandon plans to have my truck painted to match Jeff Gordon's racecar. Too risky.
  14. Well, my hood scoop comment was meant to signify the model year of the Monaro, as I believe they put the scoops on the Aussie version of the car at pretty near the same time the GTOs got them... I've seen the Vauxhalls in ads in Top Gear with them on. I just thought it was odd to see one.
  15. Boston
  16. I actually saw, coming toward me on the road, a Holden Monaro. I don't believe it had the Vauxhall emblem. It was silver with the GTO hood scoops. I didn't get a good look at the rear spoiler. How in the heck did I see this in Lancaster, PA?
  17. Oh believe me I know, I've worked the service lane myself.
  18. I just had a 4 paragraph post in a new topic disappear. I hit "post new topic" after typing and it hangs up... then goes to "internal server error", then... *poof*, gone.
  19. Oh, so it's only when a Toyota customer comes in and complains it's their fault, but when a GM customer comes in you make sure they know how stupid they are for buying a vehicle from the world's largest manufacturer. I see now.
  20. Ahem, you forgot to blur out your license number.
  21. You are a service lane employee of what brand dealership?
  22. Damn sexy Datsun. That's a great looking car. What's the horsepower on the Nissan V6? The G6 coupe has a worthy adversary in this car. Monte Carlo could succeed in this class on Epsilon, the Camaro can cover the RWD faithful. Think about it, it used to be based on Malibu. With the smashing new 'Bu coming, here's a chance to sharpen up the Monte Carlo nameplate.
  23. You're one of those guys who is trained to blame the owner for every vehicle problem they complain about. Weasel.
  24. Lymes disease
  25. Hold the phone, what is that cool ass green car in the picture? I know! It's a Pontiac Grand Am!
