  1. As you can tell by looking at his face, the Colorado is always in a bad mood. So no, we don't speak much.
  2. Dodgefan, I think balthy was referring to the fact it was 3 domestics... no imports, in the comparison. Like it's necessary to separate them to be fair to the domestics. I really think the comparison was for the domestic-intending customer. There are still people out there who wouldn't consider an imported car. I think that was the intended purpose of this article.
  3. That's the 5 mph bumper test photo, right? :AH-HA_wink:
  4. I'm keenly interested in this new truck. The shot here is obviously a base model, which is fine. I can't wait to see an LT interior. Thanks, Chris and C&G admins.
  5. I've been wondering the same thing for a while. Ha. Anyway, overall, Nissan is my favorite Asian car company. This new Altima is a gem. Hopefully the interior is nicer in the flesh than in the pictures.
  6. Red on the head like a di*k on a dog. Whoops. Bluejay. That's my woid.
  7. Drew, why not test drive an A3? They're pretty cool, imo, with that slightly chopped roof and typical Audi interior. Also, the 2.0 turbo is supposed to be a sweet engine. If you feel it's too small after your test drive, no big deal. Only thing I've seen though, it's very difficult to find one at the lower end of the price scale. All the ones at my local VW/Porsche/Audi dealer are loaded.
  8. Everyone likes to pick on the poor little J-body, but hey, they've traveled millions of miles over the years. They last a long time with reasonable care, hopefully the previous owners took care of it. I think it looks good in that color, and it looks like it's in decent shape. Good luck to your mom in her new ride. Seems like you take after her with your taste in cars... small, sporty 5 speeds...
  9. GMT900 Silverado shortbed regular cab 2WD with factory 20" rims. Dark blue. 5.3L AFM V8. Aftermarket intake and exhaust. Tinted windows. Wait, that's what I want. So... excellent choice!
  10. The Cardigans
  11. Wow, GMTG74, that's a gorgeous car. You'll have so much fun in that thing. I'm happy for you, you've been waiting so long.
  12. Oh look, a Consumer Reports devotee. Nice. Check your stash from '92 and get back to me. Is the Regal all red dots... or black? And how would you reconcile that with your own experience? I sometimes go off on a "super economy" binge, as you all have seen with my recent Yaris kick, but if I think about it long enough, I start to wonder if I'll be satisfied with something so drastically different. It's your call. Your choices aren't that far off from your CTS.
  13. ...thanks for asking.

    I see NOTHINGK!
  15. Hoover Dam
  16. Cool, Fijian. Datsuns are decent cars. Good luck with it!
  17. avro, my launch sucked, I was nursing it for axle hop. I feel I could have gotten it into the high 16's with more practice. It's a 4X4, extended cab Z71 (so it's got the big tires) and 3.73 posi rear end.

I believe that's Colonel Klink, from Hogan's Heroes. He was very blustery, but bumbling and inept. Kinda paranoid.
  19. Chevy needs to build a two-door panel version of the HHR. One for the general public, and one with more utilitarian interior and wheels for small businesses.
  20. A customer dropped off his 2005 Corolla yesterday for collision work. The door to the center armrest/console wobbled like a weeble.
  21. 17.11 sec @ 81.2 mph at Maple Grove Raceway. Not exactly a Corvette, but I wouldn't call it a slug either, and that's with little old unprofessional me behind the wheel. That was best of 2 runs and I slept on green... .87 reaction time, ha.
  22. I hope to see a 2 door Avenger produced. From what I can tell, this car looks substantial, with its 5 lug wheels and mini-Charger looks.
  23. From all I've read, the hatchback will be known as Aveo5, but without the sedan's updates. It's all in the 2007 order guide that's been posted. I agree that the Forenza/Optra pales in comparison to the Cobalt. We sell both brands.
  24. Sixty8 Panther (Damn, Chicken, you're too fast! All I could see was a flurry of feathers and a bright red comb!)
  25. Xebra
