    The Haircut

Uh huh, so... I went to The Haircuttery to get a haircut. A young, winsome Goth chick I hadn't seen there before led me to her chair and asked me how I wanted it cut. I told her I usually get a high fade, 1 on the bottom, tapering into a 6 on top. Her sweet little face frowned, actually, her whole body sort of wilted. "You don't want me to use the scissors?" That second, I looked down at her backpack on the floor and noticed (with what must have been an audible gasp) a button pinned to it. "Is that Edward Scissorhands?" "Yes", she said, with a bit of embarrassment, and a bit of defiant pride. I shut up. I was trapped. Everything else is a blur. It'll grow back, I guess. I hope.
  2. Sometimes, Public Service Announcements can be brutal. I am trying to keep the kids off the sauce here, people. :AH-HA_wink:
  3. I think so. I think I read somewhere where no one has built more turbocharged engines than Chrysler. Back when they were putting their little 2.2L in just about everything they made, a turbo came in handy. I say, good for them. That little Caliber SRT-4 with 300 hp should be an awesome, extremely versatile vehicle. I think the PT has two versions of the turbo available, low pressure and high pressure.
  4. I don't care for the huge quarter windows. Does this mean the new car won't have the full hardtop effect of four open windows? How can a glass that big retract into that small quarter panel?
  5. Hasn't Westfalia had a hand in VW Campers for like 50 years?
  6. The PT has had an optional turbocharger for a few years.
  7. *smacks Paulie's fingers* FRATERNITY party, sir. We don't use the term "frat" on this board. It's derisive. There's nothing more potent to make a guy lay off alcohol for a long time than to be on a spinning toilet, spewing from both ends. Ohhhhh, the pain.

  9. Hey! Happy Birthday, guys!
  10. Please don't take this in a bad way, Lauren, but you're such a boy. I really like you for that.
  11. Oh man, cool. I'd love to see an LTZ with 20's in Bermuda Blue. Hot!
  12. Thanks, chicken. Of course I respect quite a few ppl here, but, as always, won't name names, because if I forget someone I'll feel crappy about it.

    Pictures!

Oh sure, Croc waits until he's 10 months pregnant to finally post a pic.
  17. Even better... :AH-HA_wink:
  18. Agreed, hyper. The new breed of ponycars screams for it's own racing series. The flagship NASCAR series has always fielded larger cars. I don't support Nextel Cup going to ponycars.
  19. Maternity, what? Croc, you're pregnant? Who's the father? "Today on As the C&G Turns, the father of Croc's unborn child is revealed..."
  20. *shocked* can you use that word here?

    My IS

With the fenders being shoved upward and back, you can bet the internal front structure damage is worse than what it appears from these pictures. From the looks of the bumper, it appears the right side frame rail, at least, took a direct hit. This does not look good.
  22.
  23. It's cuter than an xB.
  24. bobo, I'm the same way with new car infatuation. If were were partners, we'd definitely need some help, because neither of us could say "no" to the next new toy. Sounds like bobo is going to be exploring new Frontiers soon... :AH-HA_wink:
