I was actually brave enough to get down there. It was OK I guess, nothing special. On girls, you have to DIG in there to help her meet her goal, whereas on guys, everything's right there swingin', ripe for the pickin', no digging required!
  4. Beautiful, I was thinking Mars landscape and custom paint job as well.

  6. "CHANGE" Yes, We CAN!
  7. S'ok Paulie, I forgive you. The sense of hearing is way overrated anyway.
  8. Carbiz, please tell the broad to step aside so I can see more of THE CAR! :AH-HA_wink:
  9. dead in a ditch "Why don't you call your mother some time? You never call your mother! I could be dead in a ditch somewhere and you'd never know it!"
  10. Well, I'm glad GM listened to us. I expect my dollar in the mail soon. :AH-HA_wink: Sell SAAB and Hummer, get rid of the Saturn brand. Refocus and distill Pontiac. All excellent idears. I am thankful to hear Pontiac will stay... I can see Pontiac having a Delta II with maybe three bodystyles (two and four door hatch and hardtop convertible) and an Alpha with four (2 seat roadster, coupe, sedan and sport wagon). Buick should remain FWD soft luxury, with a Delta II sedan (and maybe even a Skyhawk-style coupe), Epsilon II LaCrosse, Epsilon II LWB sedan, and Enclave in some form. Multiple bodystyles on fewer platforms is the way to go, I believe... and it is a return to the GM that was successful back in the days of primarily selling A- and B-bodies, each with multiple bodystyles to fit different buyers. Now I just hope Congress does the right thing.
  11. Mr. Force, I do believe there was a birthday thread back there somewhere. Welcome back, sir.

    Sometimes simple affection eclipses all.

  14. Cool except for the Oldsmobile Super Stock rims. It needs Pontiac Rally IIs on it.

  16. dx398, do you own a car? If so, what do you drive?
  17. Well I cannot believe it's December already. In the midst of your Wal-Mart riots, can you take the time to check the parking lot for cool or unusual vehicles to post? Here's the spot for it.
  18. That is true of the Northstars. It is a high performance engine put into a car that 99% of the time gets driven no faster than a golf cart, due to the customer base. You should take it out and flog it for him, get those cobwebs out.
  19. When a little thing called a freakin' HARMONIC BALANCER/CRANKSHAFT PULLEY flies off the front of the crappy Opel V6, (and GM wouldn't let us put engines in the cars, we had to rebuild them under warranty) and the driver's door check strap binds, breaking out a big ol' chunk of the door shell sheetmetal, necessitating replacement of the entire doorshell and its attendant paintwork (this happened several times on Cateras at my Maryland dealership), that's not a translation problem, that's a junk problem, AFAIK.

  21. Balthy, are you sure that's Braeburn Green?:AH-HA_wink: I wish I had that picture of my uncle's car to post. I'm not sure who has it, my mom might.

  25. Can you guys imagine this as the next Pontiac G6, with sedan, coupe and convertible bodystyles? What a stunner, and sooo much more expressive than the production Insignia.
