  2. Hello. Most of us are still here.
  3. Oh, how delightful.
  4. DC-10
  5. Isn't that one of those Corvette concepts? It looks like a mid-engine Aerovette concept, maybe even Wankel-powered. Not certain of that though.
  6. Oh, I always thought the Vega-derived Monza, et al, were designated H-bodies, but the Vega/Astra were Ts. Hmmm...
  7. Everyone, please read "lounge rule #2" toward the top of this page. Thanks.
  8. Very entertaining read, thanks for posting these... oh man, to have a time machine...
  9. '09 Focus SES sedan at local dealer. Apparently, the sedan doesn't share the coupe's gaping maw front bumper or roof spoiler (bumper same as '08, but no fender vents, and it comes with decklid spoiler), but the new dark multi-spoke rims are wicked. Now I can't wait to see the SES coupe. I imagine it will be hawt in black/black leather, with the dark trim. And 35 mpg!
  10. I like coupes the best. 90% of the time I'm by myself driving anyway. However, I do like the HHR and the '09 Fit.
  11. Simple Green is an excellent underhood cleaning agent, as well. It cuts grease. Of course, there's the old standby, Gunk.
  12. Wow, very professional. And wild!
  13. Have you guys seen the '09 Civic? The current car came out in... model year '06? OK, no changes since then, but for '09, it gets a new front bumper cover, detail changes to the grill, detail changes to the taillights... and a chrome strip on the trunklid. Whoop de do.
  14. Oh look, another Korean "Chevrolet", like the Aveo. Will it be as nice as the Aveo, though?
  15. Elton John had a beard for a while. I forget her name.
  16. I took crappy ass Generals off my '02 Silverado and my '07 Sierra as soon as I took delivery of the trucks. I put Michelin LTXs on the '02 and Goodyear Fortera Triple Treds on the '07. Both were big improvements over the OE Generals.
  17. You wish you looked this good.
  18. I've been bitching about the un-American new Cruze, all the while forgetting that GM has had some memorable, (some for different reasons) small, world cars in its past sold here. Chevette and Vega, both T-bodies, versions of which were sold worldwide in their time. They were European, however, in origin. I just have a hard time believing any Daewoo product will be any good, hence my suspicion regarding the Cruze. Am I being silly, since the Vega was a monumental POS?
  19. If Datsun made a true spiritual successor to the original 510... A sensible 4-seat body with a spirited 4 cylinder, manual transmission, and great handling... 2 door, 4 door and wagon, like the original. That'd be cool. This upcoming Subaru RWD coupe sounds interesting as well.
  20. Shiny new white Malibu LT with the cool rims like caddycruiser's mom's car... with a 60ish lady driving. Modern SS emblems on the decklid and both front doors.
  21. Seriously, Roberto. I hate it when technicians sleep at the wheel.
  22. Well, I had a 14-page dissertation all typed up and ready to go on this subject, but decided to $h!can it at the last moment.
  23. angry clown
  24. New GM lug wrench: $40,000. Comes with 2009 Silverado Duramax attached.
