  1. A bit offensive there 'bloke, don't you think? As to the lights they would be an off-the-shelf item in this case since the cars are sold in these markets.
  2. I remember that discussion...
  3. That what you suggest can,and is, done means little in this particular instance. Take the lights for example, we know from spy pics that GM regularly uses lighting that meets the host country's specs. The Camaro testing shots are a good example. We also know that prototype and test cars are often not what they appear to be. And, I know what I was told about these and when - so I have little doubt about what the situation is. But I guess we shall see at some point.
  4. Nice.
  5. PCS and I have been discussing this particular car since before it was built. Chew on that for a bit. And this as well: PCS and I have very different opinions on the direction GM should be taking at this time, but we also have an understanding that allows us to both poke fun/needle one another while remaining respectful. I am very much looking forward to seeing this car.
  6. Some real idiots on that site.
  7. Do you have a Paypal account? If so, PM me with it and I'll send you the 20 bucks. I believe that should close this issue at last.
  8. It would seem that the not-so-bright crowd is at the helm.
  9. Cadillac/Buick/Saab? Now there's a dealership I'll never visit. Unload Saab - it's excess baggage.
  10. They do, actually. They have to pass standardized tests administered at the public school they would have attended. Though I am a bit leery of the home school concept, I have seen it work pretty well. The trouble is that the parents are the biggest variable.
  11. I'm not exactly sure, but I did spend some time on Centreville Rd.
  12. Gives me hope that he feels the way he does about Rock Band and video games. Pretty cool story.
  13. So I was told. My friend said that I was lost " where we keep the rich people".
  14. That's just it, the tree fell on the lines the day before the storm. Had it not picked that day to fall, we would not have lost power at all. I could see that all of the houses around us had power the whole time.
  15. A plague upon you and your signless Delaware roads! :AH-HA_wink:
  16. Well, I'm off. See you folks tomorrow (barring power failures). Oh, and they are "failures" not "outages". :AH-HA_wink:
  17. The sad part of this is, just recently, Acura actually had some styling cues that made me look twice. This car has none of them. It's just flat out ugly. Even if GM suddenly bought Acura and gave this car RWD and the LS9, it would still be such an eyesore I'd never take a closer look.
  18. Anything from "The Deep End Vol. One" esp, "Soulshine"
  19. Ouch! Those must be some bruises. Hope you heal up quickly. Did they catch the scum?
  20. They are a great band, should be fun if I can stay awake for the driving part of things. Been a rough week.
  21. My last true vacation was years ago. I hope I can find a way to take one this year.

    Camino!

Interesting, but no. I am more tempted by true coachbuilt versions, but even they aren't exactly my thing. Believe it or not, I'd rather have a coachbuilt Caddy wagon than one of these. But I won't say "never". :AH-HA_wink:
  23. ... to see Government Mule in concert.
  24. Libertys are awful at highway speeds, I'd never buy one.
  25. I guess they could do that, but it would look kinda odd. Seems that they are sticking with the sunroof option instead - and with that, you lose the "reverse mohawk" shaping of the roof panel.
