My dad had owned half of a store simular to that about 10 years ago. We still have some of the stuff in our basement, most of it consists of card decks, the other guy who owned the business claimed the good stuff like dicasts Some of it we had to throw out since our basement is pretty prone to flooding. My dad is determind that some of the stuff could be worth something some day.. I personally, think it's taking up space. -

With power ratings like that, anyone know the weight/size differences between the Twin Cam 3.6L V6 and the LS4 5.3L V8? Also, unless GM bumps up the power on the LS4, I don't see a G6 GXP getting more power than the Grand Prix GXP (even though it will be gone and replaced in time).

That had poped in my head the other day, but then I doubt it since it's in the top of the line Grand Prix that's a higher model. And then there's also the added weight. And even if it does happen, I can see GM only releasing it wtih only automatic even though there's been a 6 speed manual transmission for it But a naturally aspired V8 (with some aftermarket mufflers, flowmaster, magnaflow, slp, ect.) would sound soooooooo much better than a pidly turbo 2.8

[unrealistic rant] Just ditch the Ion and bring over the current Astra now for a two year cycle. Oh and GM, I WANT the 3 door! [/unrealistic rant] I'm sure the next gen would be worlds ahead the Ion but I'm a bit worried that the next gen might not have that menacing "look" I find so appealing about the current one. But anyway, I definatley perfer the Astra name much more than than Ion and definately hope it does make it's way over here.

IMO, that steering wheel looks odd with it the side parts surrounding the cruise/radio controls being black and the rest of the steering wheel tan. I definately perfer the two tone interiors over the single tan dash, but I think it could look a bit better if those black pieces were tan.

You need the DivX codec to view the video, it's a very nice compression to keep file sizes down. I added the video as a wmv so it should be viewable if you just have standard windows media player.

My friend recorded this a while ago, I've just been too lazy to convert it to DivX and upload it. I could do without... It's a cool concept but the Trans Am wasn't ment to be a wagon IMO. EDIT for the 5th time: Tried getting a working link but everything failed but search ebay for "Trand Am Hurst" and it's the only vehicle for sale under that search

The rest of the body does remind me of a larger Ion but the front end looks pretty good IMO. Looks very simular to the Airflite concept

I thought the Wedding Crashers and The 40 Year Old Virgin were pretty good. Wedding crashers I put in the same category as Old School. Of the two I liked 40 year old virgin the best. Slutty Summer.. not particularry my type of movie
