  1. Limited to V6 choices, I'd have to go with the Aura--better engine and transmission.
  2. I was a teenager of the '80s (36 now) and have a postive image of Buick due to 2 words: Grand National. It was a very cool Buick when I was young..as far as the vintage Buicks, I remember being fascinated as a kid by cars like the '63 Riviera, '71 Riviera, and '70s Centurion/LeSabre convertibles..still think those are neat today..
  3. Interesting..does Toyota build any SUVs in the US currently? The Sequoia maybe?
  4. What's the wierd black slab on the hood supposed to be? A bug shield?
  5. I like the wheels..this color would look interesting on the '09 Camaro..
  6. Looks sharp...my g/f will probably be wanting one of these to replace her '02 one.
  7. Hideous...pathetic attempt at a paint job, IMHO..I wonder what this loser means by 'billion dollar paint job'? Looks more like a 98-cent attempt..
  8. I don't think so...Duramax is just GM's brand name for their truck diesels, isn't it?
  9. Hmm....I'm always confusing the CTS and STS, from the front..until I notice the outer edge of the headlight cluster...I've never had trouble distinguishing a 3-series from a 5-series--the size difference alone is noticable. Then again, I'm a BMW owner and fan, so I pay attention to them more, probably..
  10. Full size trucks, full size SUVs, RWD sedans (Charger, 300, Zetas), RWD coupes (Mustang, Camaro, Challenger).
  11. Well, it is a rather obscure car...had to look it up..
  12. And the assclowns that don't wipe the snow off their cars..driving around with the windows covered with snow..
  13. You serious? I thought turn signals were standard everywhere...
  14. I think '93 was the last year..'87 was the first year (which is what the car in the ad looks like). Anyway, the Allante was an '80s car that lasted into the '90s..
  15. Cool...interesting that they skipped the '90s in both versions...I like the '80 something Seville being in there..it was a very distinctive car in it's day. Neat song also..
  16. Interesting.. I didn't realize St. Pierre and Miquelon existed until last week (saw a reference to them in another context).
  17. What is DCL glass? Those Bonnevilles were pretty lame, IMHO..just a LeMans with a nose job..the Parissienne was neat, though (even though it was a retrimmed Caprice until they brought back the '81 Bonneville rear clip).
  18. Different company, different market..
  19. Yeah, the biggest knock I have on the STS is that it is so similar in size to the CTS..not that much bigger...and from some angles (front 3/4) they look very similar...the STS would look better if it weren't so slab sided and with such a short, chopped off tail. The previous STS, though FWD, was a much better looking car, IMHO.
  20. Not necessarily cheap, but ugly...what's up with the wierd texturing on the top and front of the dash, for example?
  21. I think that is the 5dr version of the Yaris...sure looks like the 3dr Yaris sold in the US but with two extra doors...
  22. Natural response in some people..they fear the unknown.
  23. Agreed...Chevy needs to be above average..
  24. The article says it's a Mitsu Outlander variant..
  25. Hmmm..didn't Cadillac do a Platinum edition Escalade?>
