  1. Nice, a RHD, 1hp 2 seat roadster. And it's 4HD (4 hoof drive).
  2. There was another strange rear engined/RWD car that was sold in Europe before the 1600/2002 and larger RWD models..don't know if that one was sold in the US or not.
  3. At least he doesn't have an exaggerated southern accent..I'd never know he was from the South if he didn't mention it..for some reason, he reminds me of many web developers I've worked with as far as the personality and appearance.
  4. Haven't watched this week's episode yet..watched the first 3..pretty weak, fairly dreadful. The hosts have very little personality or chemistry. Tanner Foust can drive, though.
  5. Don't know...an eight wheeled 'G6' might just have too much Excitement!!
  6. Ok, then how about a Chevy Astro/GMC Safari? Practical, cheap, and you can haul a lot of stuff.
  7. G3 would work as a winter commuter though, the Solstice wouldn't..
  8. Nope, totally serious. The G3 is an efficient commuter appliance. And being a hatchback, it's practical to haul work materials and content (assuming you don't need a full size pickup hauling capability). And it's one of the last Pontiacs, hence the collectibility..and it's full of Excitement!!.
  9. Look for a late model Aveo, or if you want Excitement!!!, a G3 (both a commuter car and a collector's item).
  10. complexity
  11. But how does it compare to the Hyundai Sonata Turbo? Or the Elantra (which is more the appliance du jour of the Cruze's class)
  12. Sounds like in 1991 Pontiac had roadability and Excitement!!
  13. The general consumer is too dumb to comprehend that.
  14. Maybe they were someone else's dreams that were planted in your head....
  15. A Caddy hood ornament on the ATS would be nice..the badge in the center of the grille is too predictable.
  16. 1. What about a V6? 2. A 6spd auto seems a bit old by 2013 or whenever this comes out..needs an 8-10 spd auto.
  17. moo
  18. Gingerbread Latte (had one this morning, my seasonal favorite from SBX)
  19. Well, the cab and bed still date to the 1999 SD...the greenhouse is unchanged, it looks like. Giant macho truck. The Ram is the best looking of the current monster trucks, IMO.
  20. Interesting..doesn't seem to be accessible through the mobile site..followed the link above on my phone earlier, got the 'm.buick.com/blahblahblah' url, and the site had the current models but no future models info..
  21. Disgusting thought. I suspect the Mustang and Camaro will still be around, though. That said, it's pretty much that way now..with Panther on the way out in '11, Ford is down to one RWD model in the US (Mustang), GM down to two out side Cadillac (Camaro, Corvette), and I have doubts that the ATS/Alpha will be RWD (I suspect it will be just be a Delta II variation). Chrysler is the only one car maker left making 4000lb+ V8 RWD non lux models. Sad.
  22. Nah, they both work in suburban office parks but commute about 30 miles each way to a ranch way out in the sticks..have horses, hockey-playing kids, and hay bales. Need vehicles that weigh at least 3 tons..
  23. Somehow I think a rebadged Malibu wouldn't fly in OZ. Ford tried selling the oval '96 Taurus in OZ, it failed.
  24. Trippy.. I rarely remember my dreams, but the ones I have remembered seem to loosely follow the plot of the movie 'Duel'... alone driving in an isolated area in an underpowered car chased by big trucks..
  25. A former coworker in Denver is looking at getting an '11 F350 King Ranch Crew Cab for his next commuter car...currently he and wife have an '05 F350 Crew Cab and an '03 Expedition, both 4x4 diesels.
