Thats how mine used to be, radio stayed on until a door was opened. When I got in the car tonight and turned the lights on, something looked different, it took me a second but the lights on the radio buttons didn't go on. I'm guessing someone didn't plug something in.

$8995 is a bit steep, but all of the W-bodies I looked at were overpriced by at least $1500 compared to KBB, whose prices are usually quite a bit higher than what people actually pay.

When I was at the dealership getting my radio rpelaced, the saleswoman who sold me my car said that they had been really slow the last month or so, even with the $1000 gas credit. I guess people did their car buying with 0%. Or its been too hot to go lot hopping.

Ummm.....get a job (or two) where you work a f@#k-ton of hours. First thing it accomplishes is getting you $$ to pay for premium. Second thing it does it consume your time so you're not using gas.

I got the new radio installed this morning. The cd player works just fine, but the radio no longer stays on when the car is turned off, I'm not sure how they managed to screw up the retained power, but I'll get it taken care of. I didn't have to put the seat back where it belongs this time.

I had a retard in a new 3er pull off a sweet move. He was at a complete stop in the far right lane at a red lght, I was coming up to the light in the left lane, suddenly he decided to shoot across into the left turn lane. Yeah, I had to do a little slowing down for that one.

Tats can be covered up or (expensively) removed, piercings can be taken out and close up, purple mohawks can be taken care of easily, all those things are temporary, so when the person who has them "grows up" and realizes how silly they look it doesn't effect them. I dont imagine gauges will look good on many 40 year olds, especially since they really dont look good on the impressionable youth dumbasses who think the Warped Tour is the $h!.
