Hope it's not a double post...

the pocket rocket boasts 200bhp from a 1.6-litre turbocharged engine.

I wonder what will happen if that engine makes it into an Aveo...

EDIT: It should be Vauxhall, not Opel. Opel's should be called OPC.

sounds alot more exciting than the 103hp or so for the aveo

even a 2.0L vvt DI could be a big improvement over the 1.6L

Lotta power from a little engine. Still, the Caliber SRT-8 makes 300

The Caliber is absolutely ginormous compared to the Corsa.

He meant SRT-4.

And as empowah said, the Caliber is way bigger than the Corsa; I'm guessing the Corsa would outrun it.

I know... I was poking at him. :D
The body kit on the Corsa is stupid. Love the meaningful performance changes tho.

Sweet!

The sooner the Corsa gets here, the better.

Maybe by then the Aveo won't have such an outdated little engine.

What the heck is up with those nasty black stripes and mismatching body kit!?

Aargh. Hate it.

[/sarcasm]

Would a turbo 1.6L fit into the Aveo? I'm thinking it might be a tight squeeze.

200hp? Assuming we're talking DIN, that's 25hp more than the new Cooper S... Wow!
