GM @ CIAS '08: Chevrolet Traverse

Recommended Posts

The Chevrolet Traverse made its official Canadian debut at the Canadian International Autoshow in Toronto.

Here are some pictures I took yesterday. They didn't turn out as good as I hoped, but they give you an idea.

This newest Lambda looks very sharp in person!

I will take better pictures tommorow.

Hmmm..the rear window looks pretty high and small...looks like it will big blind spots directly behind and in the quarters..

Blind spots shouldn't be too bad. I'm sure the rear camera will be available, too.

Love everything BUT:

- headlamps

- taillamps

- foglamps

- point grille comes to at bottom

Love whole interior.

not so sure the interior plastics look all that great in these photos.

The flash could be bringing things out that you wouldn't ordinarily see...

Maybe, but will the target market (moms) really care? They are more likely to be concerned about cupholder count and kid-friendly features..

One thing I noticed is it seems no thought was put into front licence plate placement...the plate and holder is going to ruin the look of that nice pointy lower grille..
