PLAYBOY

I still feel I should sue them for the money I spent on their material. It just didn't work.

And, I got grounded when my mom found them! I want that time back but I know if I bring it up even as a joke, I'll get a God/sin lecture. :AH-HA_wink:

I'd be interested in how creative a modern day Playboy car could be designed. I bet they could come up with something sexy, and a bit humorous!

Well, the styling certainly did not help sell these things.... that's for sure.

Haven't seen or heard much about them at all except for a couple

excerpts or mentions online.

No the styling isn't a barnburner for sure, but I take it in the context of the times. This was just after the war, starting a car company from scratch is not easy any time. I still like it for what it is. It's certainly no worse than some of the bizarre small cars of today.

Never heard of those...wasn't there also a car called the Jordan Playboy in the 20s or something?

Somewhere West of Laramie...yes there was, they were the people I was thinking of when I saw this thread.
