I know that this is a nitpick, but it annoys me that the Taurus S-H-O is now the Taurus "show".

Seems a juvenile change to me.

The fact remains that it is an acronym for "Super High Output".

Saying "show" just comes across as dumbed-down and tacky to me.

Then again Hyundai has embraced the mis-pronunciation of there whole brand.

'show' works well as a way to pronounce SHO...on the other hand, it's hard to pronounce 'SVO' or 'SVT' as a word...

How about the Toyota trucks with the "TRD" decals? I pronounce that 'turd'...

Funny, I call it the Taurus Ess Aytch Oh... and I say Kentucky Fried Chicken, not KFC.

Of course, I also say Empowah and Control Specimen as well.
