Wierd..very wierd. Instead of a flat roof, would have worked better w/ a peaked roof w/ shingles, eaves, an attic, gutters and a downspout.

I was going off the sign in the windshield, but after flipping the photo around, I see it only says $20,000. My mistake.

With that front-sloping roof, a windshield gutter and downspout seems to be a necessity, otherwise you'll be watching a waterfall during the rain.
