The current Suzuki SX4 is going on six years and its beginning to show its age. Suzuki knows this and is working on the next generation SX4.

Some new spy shots show how much progress Suzuki has made on the next SX4. The next SX4 appears to be much larger than the current model, thanks to larger greenhouse. Other design changes include a new grille and headlamps.

There also appears to be a large intercooler that is hiding behind the lower fascia, meaning the next SX4 could be packing a turbo engine. This is a play for fuel economy and not performance.

Interesting. Another vehicle with a larger replacement, alas, but looks promising. Suzuki, if they are not held back by crappy Daewoos, deserves to be on people's lists.

Bigger, but my gut tells me just as crappy as their existing product line.

Suzuki, Mazda and a couple other small car companies need to merge into one larger company to have a full product portfolio.

If someone on the boards here want a crappy coffin on wheels, your welcome to it, just take it out of this country.

was an lol moment today finding and sharing these.......

can't really get into it, but aside from that, I will say this.... myself personally not a fan of that dash at all and it looks like maybe it's growing to matrix / vibe size.. (at least Aerio size)....... which would be ok.

in fact it sorta seems like maybe they stole the Vibe stamping dies....

turbo sounds interesting.......

hopefully it out subarus the impreza.

don't look for this before the 2014 model year. internet news i see says likely a kizashi based crossover in 2014 MY too.......

These are my own opinions here, i think the VW partnership really messed up Suzuki and I think they are trying to get through to the 2014 new products as best they can.

A fresh stack of spy photos of the upcoming Hyundai Veloster N have made their way on to the web this week. The photos show the mule losing some of the camo that we have seen in previous spy shots and are able to pull some new details. The most apparent item is a new rear wing mounted the roof. We can also make out a set of large tailpipes and the front grille extending towards the bottom of the bumper, possibly hinting that there is an intercooler hiding behind it.
We also got an idea of what is in store for the standard Veloster. Hyundai has decided to drop the split-window liftgate of the current model and go for a regular hatchback. We also note there is coupe-like styling for the roofline.
The Veloster N will be the second model from Hyundai's new N performance lineup and the first N model to arrive in the U.S. It is expected that the Veloster N will share the powertrain found in the i30 N - a turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder 246 horsepower. A performance package bumps power to 270.

It is no secret that Chevrolet is working on a mid-engine Corvette, especially when a set of spy shots clearly showing the vehicle came out last fall. A new batch of spy shots have hit the web and we now have a better idea of what it could look like.
The pictures reveal that the front end will look somewhat similar to the current Corvette with a pointed nose. There appears to be a curved windshield and a tapered roofline. Other pictures reveal the outline of the hood where the V8 engine resides.
Speaking of the V8 engine, there are reports saying the mid-engine Corvette will have three engines on offer - codenamed LT2, LT6, and LT7. We know LT6 is possibly a naturally-aspirated V8 with 700 horsepower and LT7 is a twin-turbo V8. LT2 might be a hybrid of some sort.
Everyone seems to think General Motors will unveil the mid-engine Corvette at the Detroit Auto Show next year. We'll be keeping a close eye to see if this happens.

Bentley has been planning to launch a plug-in hybrid variant of the Bentayga for 2018 and we have finally gotten our first look at via some new spy photos.
The mule caught in Spain may look like your standard Bentayga, but it features fuel doors on both rear fenders. The standard Bentayga has its fuel door on the right side, meaning the left side is likely for the recharging port. The spy photographer who caught the Bentayga also ran the plates through the United Kingdom's Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) where it was uncovered that the model was using a hybrid system with a 2995cc engine. It seems possible this mule was using a variation of the hybrid powertrain used in the Porsche Cayenne e-hybrid which also uses a 2995cc engine - a 3.0L V6. The Cayenne e-hybrid can travel up to 14 Miles on electric power alone. Whether or not this will appear in the production version remains to be seen.
Bentley is expected to show the Bentayga Plug-In Hybrid at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September.
