Work and Coffee

Recommended Posts

Born and Raised in the Home of Starbucks and I am the rare bird who cannot stand the smell or taste of either. PASS, No Coffee or Tea goes over these lips.

Coffee = :puke:

Tea =  :mellow:

I don't drink coffee at all. Love the smell, hate the taste.

I must have my tea in the morning or I'm not really functional.  I have 3 to 4 cups throughout the day.

I used to drink lots of Dr. Pepper, but I've cut way back on that.

I'm like Balthy... I like my iced tea... strong.  However, because keeping a stream of GOOD iced tea coming is a PITA, I tend to be a soda maven.  I don't LIKE cola, exactly, I treat it as a caffeine delivery system.  However, I'm loving the price war in energy drinks.  High caffeine without cola flavoring.  A couple of these and I can drink water the rest of the day.

I never drink coffee at any time.  Don't like the smell, how it makes the milk sourish, or the bitter flavor.

Never took to coffee. Don't like hot tea, except for Chinese tea. Ice tea is my bane, however. And semi-regular small Red Bulls.

Kindered Spirit! :) Yup the occasional Red Bull or Xenergy is my drink of choice in thinking about it! :D

Xenergy is now renamed after the parent company of Xyience.

My choice for a natural energy drink that does not have the diet soda aftertaste, but full of vitamin's, L-Carnitine and Glucuronolactone. All important for optimal mental alertness, strength and no sugar drop after 30 min to an 1hr.

I never had coffee until college...and was always a huge tea fan.

Now in the morning, once I wake up, it's a routine of dark roasts, at least 2 cups at home, or I don't function. It gets the world moving.

I couldn't make it to work in the morning w/o coffee...usually up before 5:30, have a cup or two at home, occasionally going through Starbucks/Dunkin Donuts/McDonalds/Einstein Bagels for breakfast and coffee...then usually 2-3 more large cups (travel mug size) at work before I cut it off around 10 am..  I couldn't image life without coffee.

Sometimes I'll have a cup of tea, I especially like Chai.   I've tried to cut out soda completely, but some afternoons around 3 when my energy is fading I'll have a Coke.

I much prefer tea to coffee, but I don't need it to wake up in the AM. Have a bunch of flavors that I rotate every time I get a cup.

Used to be able to drink Chai Tea, but not anymore. :(

Flight was canceled.  I was half way to the airport in the cab and had to turn around to go home.  I was rebooked on a 6:03am out of Pittsburgh.

I use to love coffee , moreover I never drank it black, it was always with cream and sugar. My passion is now green tea which I love with honey and lemon but the smell of coffee leaves me craving it still.
