At 28 seconds, yes I would think it matters... but when we're down to comparing 10ths of a second, does it really matter? So car X can get to 60 in 6.5 seconds, does Car Y getting there in 6.3 seconds really sell more of Car Y?3 points

While sitting at a light I saw this clean '66 Ford F100 at a gas station..just out of the picture to the left behind a bus stop was a turquoise '66 Mustang convertible and a primered 1950-ish Chevy panel truck. Also saw a clean white w/ white interior '74 Pontiac Grand Ville convertible in traffic, rolling top down on this unseasonable 90 degree afternoon...

I don't mind hybrids done right.... like the Lincoln Aviator. It's really hard to argue with the amount of power that thing puts out and yet still can run in all electric mode up to some speed. But it is also designed to be an isolation machine, taking away as much noise and outside harshness as possible.1 point
