  1. We will see clearly those that want more luxury will end up in a Trax or Encore and those that want the image of off road out doors going with the Renegade. Each will have fans and customers and I agree with Drew that I do not see one cannibalizing the others.
  2. Over all nice updates and decent price to boot!
  3. intensity
  4. Two Auto's GMC Suburbans 90's edition / Cadillac Escalades First and third generation versions 1986 Monte Carlo SS Aerocoupe to be specific OK, Guess that is three to some or two to others.
  5. Nice replacement on the way. BOLT baby BOLT! Great deal if you want an EV now, but the BOLT will be GM's available in every state ride.
  6. OUCH, that is an outrageous price for a compact CUV.
  7. So in cruising the alternative world I found on the Green Car reports two stories about Ford having an 11 speed transmission which they have filed a patent for; http://www.greencarreports.com/news/1097339_ford-patent-for-11-speed-automatic-transmission-wars-escalate Fiat having a 40 mpg 500 with 11 speed transmission; http://www.greencarreports.com/news/1097766_electric-car-battery-costs-40-mpg-surprise-11-speed-automatic-todays-car-news So with battery cost falling and the transmission war kicking in. I wonder how high we will see these transmissions go?
  8. Hopefully causing the weak auto's to go away for ever.
  9. Very cool write up, I love the info and think this will do well for them. I also love the inside of the car. The layout and color is striking. External, I do not like the body language at all. That nose is just a deal breaker for me. Failure for external design. Winner Winner Chicken dinner for the inside.
  10. So now we just need to work on getting this into production in mass scale and fixing the ugly looking auto's as Toyota's auto is hideous.
  11. Caveman
  12. +1 That would be one sick Ride!
  13. Mammoth
  14. Why take on a debt ridden company that is poorly managed and clearly only has a few things of value that does not justify the cost to get. Yet since Common Sense is not Common some people will look at this as a good idea to a point. I agree that Chrysler could have their product line of the few things, mainly the Minivan rolled into Chevy and you kill Chrysler. Dodge should be merged into GMC / Buick / Dodge. Dodge becoming their performance line. Ram is sold off to recapture spent money to a company that wants to get into the US market for trucks. Mercedes Benze should buy them as it would be a superior truck line than NissaBenze could do. Jeep would be GM's stand alone 4x4 offroad group. Cadillac and Maserati become their dual Luxury line, Kill off the stupid Alfa once and for all and stop wasting money on it. It is a History Foot note.
  15. The Next Big Bankrupt Auto Company! They should be stopping R&D on dead brands or trying to revive them and focus on what they have. This will destroy many lives if they do go bankrupt again.
  16. I love the way GMC did their LED's Much better than the Chevy Face. Though it looks like the 2017 will get these headlights also now or something similar.
  17. Very Cool, 8sp and 10sp transmissions should help with MPG. Aluminum is fine as I think they will do better with using bolt on body parts rather than the whole bed at this point. Should be a nice ride to replace the current.
  18. Would require getting the Gov to get out of telling the Auto companies to include all the stupid nanny devices. Airbags all over, backup cameras, lane warnings, blind spot detection, etc. It is amazing how many people think driving as well as Internet access, cell phones and TV are rights, not the Privileges they earn. I say we need to make it harder to get a drivers licenses. Way too many idiots out there driving that should not be. Auto's were plenty safe in the 70's and we could have them as simple as then if it was not for the Gov trying to tell you what to do and when.
  19. Body Snatchers
  20. The Renegade is new, different and so will make a splash and have sales. Down side, BIG DNA from the Terrible Fiat 500 line. Not sure I would be willing to take a risk on it as they have way to many problems right now on their new auto releases. Yet to compare external and internal pics while nice, The Chevy does stand on it's own.
  21. Sweet looking ride. I love it that you removed that airdam underneath. It looks way better.
  22. Interesting, they should do well, I am just worried about their DNA connection to the Poorly built 500 World.
  23. 99% of the ATS out does both MB and BMW. Just too many Badge snobs with their heads buried in the sand like an Ostrich and poor marketing / advertising to get people to check out the superior product. Cadillac would do well to have MB and BMW identically equipped auto's on hand to allow real comparison to their ATS and CTS and this is where you will see the separation of the Curds from the Whey!
