  1. It would actually be tough for me. I like the smaller size of the G Wagen and I don't really want a 3rd row. This is all assuming money was no issue. If money were a concern.. I'd actually just get a Range Rover Sport V8 Supercharged(starts at 86k so comparably priced to the 84k LC)
  2. 4.7L V8: 278hp, 5spd auto trans 5.7L V8: 381hp, 8spd auto trans Just kidding.. the 5.7 was introduced in 2008(making 381hp). Looking further into it, it appears this is basically the same from 2008 to now. Wiki says 2007-present but maybe that was global and in 2008 it was new here. The biggest mechanical difference is in 2008 it had a 6spd auto and now it has an 8spd auto.
  3. Oh damn, of course it would have to be this weekend! I'm leaving for Iowa for a niece's baptismal. Not sure if you cared but the STL atuo show is this weekend as well. I'm not sure how close your local show is
  4. You're going to be in St Louis??
  5. Oh yeah. I dig the darker colored, non-chrome grille...a lot.
  6. Yep, the AT4 looks fantastic.
  7. I definitely do not think this is Cadillac's best effort. I don't know how anybody could think otherwise.
  8. That would be extremely disappointing, just like the eTorque system. What I originally heard hybrid Ram I thought it was a great leap forward and then I realized it was basically just to get moving and it wouldn't do anything once yo're rolling..I became disappointed.
  9. ..nobody really has electrics ready for the market..
  10. Nobody said they were the most preventative way to save a riders' life.
  11. I think they might save lives but it's a very small percentage that isn't measurable because there wasn't an accident.
  12. If you've never been on the interstate and heard a bike come up from behind, I immediately know you're lying.
  13. I'd definitely love to ride one but I genuinely enjoy the shifting and the sound of going through the gears. There are so many good options out there now in the naked sport bike category that I would have a tough time choosing. I always want to default to the 3 cylinder Triumph Street Triple because I loved the triple in my Daytona but there are a lot of other options that weren't around when I was riding last. It would likely be between a Triumph, Ducati, or BMW though.
  14. You have got to be kidding me.. loud pipes COST lives??? I can't see that being further from the truth. Personally, I have zero interest in my motorcycle being electric. Zero.
  15. No, it means they have touched that make more people and families that it will naturally upset more people. Just because somebody gets upset and writes on the internet about it in 2019, doesn't mean it has any validity to it. Its 2019. Everybody likes to have hurt feelings and type it out.
  16. I've seen and heard people complain about it just like GM. I agree. If people want these businesses to not go under and employ NOBODY, then they have to realize they're businesses and they need to make decisions best for the business otherwise nobody has a job. Deal with it, people.
  17. The closest comparison would be a Daytona 675 and Street Triple(675). Daytona: 115whp @ 13,200rpm 49.8wtq @ 10,100rpm Street Triple: 95whp @ 12,000rpm 46wtq @ 8400rpm
  18. Almost all sport/supersport bikes have clip on handle "bars" that sit much lower than a standard or nakes sport bike. A standard/nakes sport bike has "regular" handle bars like a bicycle Naked sport bikes also usually have a slightly detuned engine offering more mid range and less top end. The pegs are lower for a more confortable ride without having your knees and elbows touch(unless you're @dfeltand your elbows and knees touch on a Goldwing! ?). Clip on's vs handlebars. You can see there's at least 2-3 inches difference in riding position of your hands alone.
  19. It's only a sprint to 60mph. 0.3 is pretty huge in that short amount of time. I think the gap at the end of a drag strip would be much greater.
