  1. It’s sad when one doesn’t get that I (nor you) need agreement from the other in order to make a point against basic lunacy. People sometimes agree and people sometimes disagree. It’s called life and he needs to understand that point before making another seemingly drunken post about it.
  2. Seek validation elsewhere. You will not find it here. The rest of us are still talking about relevant subject matter like the Tesla 3 and not whether Olds got his validation for something only he seemed to care about. Clearly @ccap41 was right.
  3. Anywho, the big question here is what can Tesla do, realistically, to address this bottleneck in production? All these claims of 200K per year seem like pure fodder and a pipe dream unless something changes soon.
  4. Like I said, IroNY. And you do not get to tell me what to do Olds and no one is trolling you. You were called out on your many senseless rants about something only you really cared about (which is what you do to folks here all the damn time so again, IroNY), so get over it and move on. I know that might be a new concept for you and your caps lock laden tirades but stranger things have happened in this world. And you clear HAVE NOT moved on or you would not have bothered to reply. You are just chock full of irony here. Good day folks.
  5. Two pages full of IRONY (and apparently a broken caps lock key) and that’s why I stand by my statement.
  6. Denial can be a powerful thing when one is only seeking validation for their insanity. Moving on... Tesla is clearly finding out, the hard way it seems, that mass production is truly a bitch and not something that is mastered over night.
  7. Correction. You had answers from several people (don’t know what autocorrect was thinking there).
  8. The only one that was bitching about it was you and your caps lock key. You had answer some several people. They just weren’t answers you liked.
  9. I had a rental Compass for my trip back from NC to AZ a few months ago. If I could, I would pull that CVT out and kill it with fire. I will never own a CVT anything if I can help it.
  10. Lol. That makes much more sense. Wish I could do the bus thing but I hate the “clientele” that normally rides the bus around here. Nothing but tweakers and mental cases.
  11. Interesting side note, I’ve seen quite a few drivers wearing their headphones here and it is illegal to do so. I don’t get it personally as I like the full range sound in my car while still being able to hear what’s going on around me. Headphones would absolutely kill my ability to do that (my hearing is $h! these days, thanks Marshall and Mesa Boogie).
  12. I agree. It’s such a small thing yet a huge deal that it is not included “out fo the box”. This isn’t a phone or a tablet waiting on a future firmware update to cure its ill. It’s a car from a company that prides itself on the newest tech yet is missing the most obvious tech there is. I’m guessing that this will be “corrected” and that both features will be available before too long. For now, it just seems like a glaring omission.
  13. Thanks for proving my point Olds. You keep going on and on about something only you seem to give a $h! about while everyone else is trying to move on and talk about Tesla.
  14. f@#king Christ people. Are we spending 2/3rds of a page talking about whether people listen to the radio anymore? It’s a “DUH” kind of answer because obviously people still do just by the mere continued existence of the format. I swear, just reading the same damn thing about something that was answered time after time, makes my head hurt at the absurdity of it all.
  15. Yet they won’t nor should they. And the next time you want make claims about percentages, please cite your source.
  16. That is not my point though. Read my first reply to SMK and his “Im’ surprised they’re even selling that many Chargers” BS.
  17. Except at that juncture, it is not an apples to apples comparison.
  18. Really? Dozens of RWD sedans for $30K? Go ahead list those dozens of RWD sedans. I’m waiting. Oh and there are better choices than spending $140K on a 40 year old SUV including other SUVs by Benz itself.
  19. All all three of those cars you mention also have very short ranges compared to cars like the Bolt. It’s not hard to figure out the problem there and it has jack squat to do with looks, in this case.
  20. If Benz can still sell a forty year old $140K SUV to the lemmings, then surely selling a six year old $30-40K RWD sedan is not a problem for Dodge.
  21. As long as China buys Buick’s the way they do, their sedans aren’t going anywhere. Like you tried to point out in the Benz thread (with the S Class excuses), “global sales”.
  22. So they are just using the G-Wagon tactic, only more recent.
  23. Yet it’s Alfa and Fiat that are the sinking brands and always have been. Sergio is an idiot and a thief.
  24. Easy to go up 3000% from the previous when the previous year was essentially zero. f@#k Alfa and Sergio.
  25. Yeah, it’s a good thing ICE cars have never had any major issues (insert heavy use of sarcasm here).
