  1. Too bad.....with too many small cars the writing was on the wall...... It's too bad though...I really like how the sonic drives! But I want nothing smaller than my Cobalt at this point in my life...
  2. Love that color!
  3. I like this one!!
  4. Working from home would be cool....I enjoyed it at my last job before I got laid off and bounced back into retail again for a while. Wonder what it would be like to do it more often I wonder... I have a buddy who gets to do his mortgage work in PJs some days....
  5. So strange, yet cool at the same time....
  6. Well, I kinda agree with this.... In the last 10 years, we have improved things by leaps and bounds. EV is growing, and is slowly getting there. There are already many cars that can reach 50mpg now...... But here's the catch-unless we want to start paying close to 50k per new car, the tech needs to be able to play catch up. A Cobalt at 16k in 2010 is now nearly 26k (Cruze) in 2018. Cheapest new cars are creeping close to 20k. Someone forgot at some point to realize people need to pay for these too...and we wonder why everyone is leasing now! New car sales are close to a crashing point....might be nice to soften the blow a bit. If prices are able to drop some, it will bring more folks in to the market that might not have been there before. Also, with the growth of EV, this also allows it to grow with different ways to power up. It allows for more solar or wind, or heck-even the burning of trash! Time to start really putting coal to rest....... I am not worried....the automakers will continue to look for better ways to improve their products (including gas mileage) Also, gas mileage will lessen a bit as more EVs start hitting the road as well.....
  7. Can't say I am not excited....Go Blue!!!!!
  8. Just ham and the trimmings here...nothing crazy-with the fam... Happy Easter everyone!
  9. I had to take a good look at this.... It's weakest point is the front end (but the Advent pkg), but the rest of the CUV came to play. There are nearly no one in this class that could touch it for a all arounder at this point. Maybe it was the the angle of the shots-but it looked like it had a pretty long nose there... Overall-it has me wanting to see and test drive one. Nuff said....
  10. In all it's blazing glory.....
  11. Might actually warm up this week....
  12. If it just the doors, it would be a waste of money. Add a few other interesting ideas-now it might be worth something....
  13. Honestly, but sure which one I would want to see here....
  14. Kind of reminds me when companies threw v6s once in a while in the compacts.... Sorry, I'll stop dreaming now.....
  15. I like everything on that car but that "butt" If cars had mating seasons, this would be a perfect example.......
  16. I love the look of the V.....kinda mean looking. Just like alot about this car right now....
  17. Doesn't stand out to me one way or another. Just another sedan.....meh.
  18. I don't understand why this is even a big deal. Just a few changes before it heads to the big nameplate in the sky. Sedans are dead. Even the old folks are moving on. Even Honda is figuring this out (finally) They are only going to move now with good lease deals for those looking for a kick around car for a few years, that's it. So why waste the money. Now you get for safety bang for your buck.......
  19. I do like to clean mine as well....and no- I study them too...something that always catches my eye...
  20. Yep- Because any time the crowd gets a slight boner over something, Ford just has to get it out! They could have been much, much quicker on cashing in on the small truck craze....but no-the Ranger is coming out as things slow down...hope they don't expect these to just fly off the lots. Upside on this was that the investment was low...and I think small trucks will pick up again when they start leasing these like they do the big trucks....
