  1. Look! The Cruze got a nose job!
  2. Now that would be cool...
  3. Well, and replace a few at the same time. About darn time....
  4. Man, that would be a fun trip car (truck in this case)....
  5. Sedans are never really going to go away, I do would not trust trends.... With prices so high for the trucks/SUV/CUV, people might start thinking twice about another new one...sedans offer a choice many can afford.Might be smart to have both just based on that....
  6. Not sure if this is a blessing or curse. If it fixes the issues, it will help for sure.... Might also help not to have a crazy amount of trucks when the economy starts heading south....
  7. Sadly, If both leave, doubt anyone might notice..... Too bad, as I like the look of the new MKZ.... Zephyr.....one way to burn to the ground.......
  8. Somehow I think a lineup of all "trucks" is going to work for them.....
  9. Load of $h!......both models are toast.....
  10. Not sure if it is all the LED, but I like this....
  11. All that the chart tells me is that cars/trucks suck and you'll have less issues with a bike....?
  12. Well, at least you can plug things into it! Like how simple it is though...
  13. I really like this article....love the two ways of thinking here. I feel the same-but I know a co worker who picked up one of these-and even with those faults-fell in love with it. Also helps she got a nice deal on it too...
  14. I hear ya.....considering both sides of my family were part of the UAW family, you could pretty much predict a GM or Ford car coming..... I have always been open to other makes and models, but it seems that the "other guys" seem to catch my eye for and more. Which of course is a good thing! Never thought I would consider a Civic over a Cruze until this year. Think it is also why I tend to flop between stuff sometimes. But it is good to have an open mind..? But right now (an watching stuff go on), I might swing more toward the deal as well. Also helps that the Nox has grown on me as well. So we will see.....
  15. While I think it's cool....it's coming to late. By the time this thing finally rolls out, gas prices could be sky high again. Vw can find success with theirs because it's quirky, cool-but not going to be a huge seller. Though as said above 90% is already done-so they can adjust stuff on the fly. Also question if folks will still be interested......
  16. Gone in a few years..bank on it. Been struggling for years....the market is just not there for GM...period.
  17. I so remember those Escorts everywhere back in college...more of those than my Cavalier.... I have a soft spot for Ford....might help I am down the road from them...... Family is pretty die hard GM...(not counting my mom's 2012 T&C minivan) Not so sure what I am going to do this time...... -wanted Jeep-but insurance is through the roof... I do know I want something family in my driveway....Could still end up with a Nox or Terrian (like the room and drive)....or an Escape. Even a certain new minivan is not too far off the radar.... Only time will tell though.....
  18. Hence one of my big issues with it.....and having a friend who works at a large GM dealership- I'm starting to hear how some of this is going. Last year was a very rough year for both the Mali and Cruze. There's a reason why you can buy a 17 Cruze cheaper than 15-16. Seems the Cruze is doing better-and the Nox seems to be doing ok (for now). I will say this though- I will NOT buy a GM car right now-only lease-until I can see where things are going....
  19. Or better yet, buy a sedan from someone who actually cares about their people in these sedans....It's really too bad that the 1.5 is turning into a dud in this car....as the Bu' is a pretty solid car otherwise. I drove a mali with the 1.5 today (shopping around) and was totally surprised by the lack of power it has. Heck, the Fusion is much better than this and is not that much more powerful..... I've had a few friends, and also a few car buddies who skipped over or dumped this car because of the issues it has.....
  20. That can be taken in so many different ways....?
  21. When everyone bought their tires....? That said- Cooper is my tire of choice. Threw some CS5's on my Cobalt- best handling tire I have seen yet on an all season tire. Should also get close to the 80k promised as well... A set of Cooper will go on my other Cavalier as well.....
  22. Not sure about the grill...but I like everything else about it!
  23. I would go with the AWPs....seem to work quite well on the 70/75 series tires. Neighbor has had good luck with her son's tires (195/70/105) on their 00 Cavalier...
