  1. Well, at least he wasn't talking about the rest of the car....
  2. Yep, like that here as well..... we got like 2-3 inches, and about 40 miles north they got 6-8..... Crazy how those bands work sometimes......
  3. While not the most exciting car, the Forte is a solid choice. Know folks with them, and they say some pretty good things about them. Best part is you can't beat the price...... For the most part, I liked it. But boy did things go everywhere in it...was easy to get lost at times.....
  4. Great write up.... Drove the Mali myself....do love the way it handles-though being bigger doesn't brother me at all....
  5. Well, if it makes you feel better, I'm just months ahead of you... I'm sure we will look just fine in our XTSes....I'll even keep it above 60mph! But seriously, It is a very smooth and well mannered car to drive.....
  6. That would be just the start.... My friends in Europe don't have much nice to say about GM right now.... On top of the china invading with their cheap cars...... BRing Back WaGOns!!!
  7. Maybe because it is getting the 8/9 speed as well? It's not like it's getting an SS type anyways........
  8. Well, Chevy already is proving that....(bragging on tv no less) Being solid is a given..... Maybe a bit old school.....make em fun to drive...(and less about comparing them to others) Throw a bit of Vette in them...... Bring on the future, but flash that past (good stuff) a little bit....I little bit crazy (a la dodge-some wild ads) Going "euro" failed them-time go home grown......
  9. Aren't those customers in the old people's home yet? And driving the XTS, it's a pretty nice car to me.....
  10. I'm be the first to admit that I was not a fan.....but it's grown on me-I like it now! It's still a bit odd looking, but in a good way......
  11. Yep, and naming the cars again too.... And in honesty, Caddy is never going to be able to beat the Gucci crowd because the other two simply win on image. I know GM can do a bang up job when they want to.....but bringing back some hertiage might be a good idea....
  12. In reading all of this....I will say I'm digging the hatchback idea...Caddy really needs to be different to pick up some success here. It's time they just benchmark themselves.....
  13. Kinda thinking the same thing....trucks could even be shipped overseas into different markets as well. And make some big fleet customers happy as well...
  14. I have a two and a half car garage myself, and I can barely fit a full size truck in there....though my house was built in the 50s....
  15. Is it like and older garage? My aunt's house has a garage that is pretty low (house built in 1922) and barely fit the minivan she had....
  16. With lots of butt (ass) room.... And because he still uses Yahoo......
  17. That is the car I really want......call it a dream car I guess...... one of thebest modern(older) drives I've ever loved.......
  18. Just saw a Models S myself in the snow....
  19. Happy Birthday!!!!
  20. G bodies...yum....
  21. Funny this comes up since my son and I were just talking about this game today...
  22. In debate if I want to go this year myself......
  23. I'm with him...I'd go with a GC as well.....the newer ones are growing on me, and anyone I know with a 2012+ loves theirs. Funny how I read this and thinking of starting my own SUV thread again....it might be time to put the Cobalt out to pasture at the rate it's going.....
  24. If you're thinking what I am thinking......can I say a lack of choice (or options) I feel if I am going to have to shell out some extra cash, then it better be made how I want it......
