So it's now a Dodge Town and Country Still need to get the bumper...but IMO it looks much better with no bumper than a mangled headlight and half a grill.

FireFox is so much better than IE. The scrolling thing actually never bothered me, but that add-on is pretty cool. What makes FireFox so good is besides being more secure than IE, it also has better features, like Session Restore. If FF ever crashes you can choose to restore the session...so every webpage and tab you were looking at comesback. You can also set it to ask to restore the session whenever you restart FF from a computer shutdown or after previously closing the browser. The of course there is the multitude of add-ons to make FF even better. This includes DownloadThemAll (my favorite add-on), which is a download manager than can pause and resume downloads, keep track of downloads, and you can tell it where to download things to and it will remember the locations so you can quick select frequently used destination folders. There's also FireFTP (good for us web designers) Adblock Plus, and FoxForcast which keeps current weather conditions and tomorrow's forecast in the status bar. I prefer it to things like weatherbug which run in you taskbar/background. IE is only good for those rare occasions that websites like msn require it. Other than that I just find FireFox to be a far superior product...plus the updates don't require you to restart your computer!

The interiors are identical. I don't like the new Vibe at all...it's uglier than the last one and the dash design is blobs of shapeless plastic. Kinda like the old Pontiacs...were they aiming for nostalgia? How about a HHR? A Caliber?

So here's the damage: An eyesore, and still irritating, but it could have been a lot worse had the wheel no been turned and shielded the bumper from the idiot's car...who looked a lor worse after the wreck. Amazingly, the sheetmetal doesn't appear to be dented... ...just really scratched.

Thanks, I think we'll be alright. As for the case, it should be pretty straightforward, but I definitely want to get a witness testimony. That should ensure no funny business is pulled. You're right, people need to learn a little patience and drive like they actually have a brain. Impatience and stupidity are the sole causes for this accident.

Come Monday we're going to try to find the bus driver who saw it but drove off. I think an appraiser is supposed to come see the damage on Monday too.

I'm using Firefox and it works fine for me...try deleting your browser's cache and cookies...then see if it loads any better.

So it's about 4:45 this afternoon. I have work at 5 but we need to pick the Prizm up from the shop, we finally had the front tires replaced and front end alignment done. We turn off onto the main road (110). She's driving the Intrepid. We come to the left turn we need to take to get to the shop. This road, despite being fairly heavily used, is not particularly wide. There's a school bus at the end of the road wanted to turn right, and there's not enough room for us to get past, so she has her turn signal on and waits for someone to let us all go. After a minute someone flashes us to so that the bus can turn and we can go. As this is about to happen 2 cars from behind us go around us on the left (driver's) side into the opposing lane. She blasts the horn at them. She starts to turn and another idiot decides to try the same move, but ends up running into the car!. So now we're both in a state of shock, in disbelief that this had happened, and all because of some stupid hispanic bitch who doesn't know how to obey the f@#king rules of the road. We pull off of the road and put the hazards on. She pulls up ahead, gets out and starts yacking on her cell phone. We remain in the car. I call the police, then work, then my mom. We're both furious. I wasn't going to go talk to her because there was a good chance I would have introduced her face to the f@#king pavement. Eventually we get out and survey the damage. I'm rip $h! pissed, but fortunately the retard grazed the side of the car, about 8 inched into the turned wheel. So far as I can tell the metal didn't even bend/dent, it's just really scratched from the end of the door to the wheel well. The hub cap is scratched too. Still, the turned wheel prevented her car from hitting my bumper which would have no doubt been at least partially ripped off. Mom gets there and we tell her angrily what happened, plenty loud enough for the bitch on the phone to hear it. The cop showed up about 10 minutes later and asked her first what happened...this is where it gets even better: She says that we were pulled over on the side of the road, and turned while she was trying to go by. Pulled over my ass, we were in the middle of the lane, and she knew it, since she was only 2 cars behind. I couldn't help but interrupt but the cop said to wait our turn, so we did. He comes over to us and we tell him what really happened. She walks over and starts to yack again, but the cop with an angry tone reminds her that he told her to stay away while he gets our side of the story. An ambulance shows up a few moments later and asks if we need tog o to the hospital. At first we say no, and he goes over to the woman, who complains her back is "killing her" Bull$h!, I thought, it was a low speed accident. While they bust out the stretcher my girlfriend says that her lower back and left heel are starting to hurt a bit, so I tell her she should go to the hospital. She tells them and they put her on a stretcher. After they load her up I drive back to the house so we can all take one car and not two. We go to the hospital and keep her company while they do tests and then 3 x-rays. The good news is that her back and heel are fine, it's basically stressed/pulled muscle. It'll get more sore tomorrow though, so they gave her two prescriptions for the pain. She told me that in the ambulance the bitch was still yacking on her damn phone...would have loved to have shoved it sown her throat. So there we are, the curse has hit yet again. This time it has attacked the Intrepid, myself (again) and my girlfriend. Fortunately, I wasn't hurt, I still feel fine (it really wasn't a high speed hit, I don't even remember actual impact, just looking at. Jessica wasn't seriously hurt, and the Intrepid wasn't severely damaged...but it's the fact that it was that pisses me off so much. No time is being wasted, that bitch is going to pay for the damage and isn't getting away with hitting us. Oh and the other small consolation is that her `98 POS Mazda Protege's bumper cover is smashed up, the headlight ended up in pieces all over the road and the fender's got a good dent in it...had to be towed away. Neither one of can still believe it happened..all because people are f@#king stupid! I'll post picks tomorrow or the next day depending on the weather.
