  4. Less than 40 degrees Fahrenheit is too cold for me. 108 degrees is tolerable as long as it's not humid.

  6. GMC is the most promising thing going for the BPG dealers. Sometimes I wonder if the B and P go away, whether these will be turned into Saturn-GMC dealers.

  9. I saw it. It came out quite a while ago. I think GM is trying to redeem itself somewhat now with the Volt.

  11. I briefly owned a 2001 Aurora 4.0, and I also test drove an Aurora 3.5. With the smaller engine, the car is not underpowered, but neither is it overpowered. A Bonneville or LeSabre with the 3800 will feel more powerful. If it was my money, I would probably get a LeSabre because of the bulletproof 3800, but the Aurora with Shortstar should be a relatively trouble-free car, and the interior is one of GM's best.

  13. Having front seat passengers with their feet on the dashboard. That'll go real well in a frontal crash. I think there was a lawsuit against Ford regarding this when someone crashed, and Ford had shown a cowboy sitting in a F150 like this in a commercial.
  14. It clearly has BMW-envy. I like the cleaner looks of the current Accord better.

  17. The new Malibu is debuting the same time as the new Accord, and comparisons between the two will be inevitable. The Malibu has been hyped so much that some are bound to feel letdown, as they were with the Aura. No question that the Malibu is a huge step forward from the current model, which itself was overhyped, as was the P90 predecessor.

  20. I don't think anybody buys Toyotas for their looks. There's nothing about the Land Cruiser that would turn off the typical Toyota buyer.
  21. It looks a lot better than earlier pictures suggested. I'm astounded by the number of IS250s and IS350s around, especially in southern California. I think the IS-F will finally establish Lexus with the performance set.

  23. I've lived in L.A., Bay Area, Sac, and Central Valley, and my preference is anywhere without traffic. California has something for everybody, from backwood hick town to cosmopolitan metropolis. I would prefer to live in a blue area, but that is where the bad traffic is. San Diego is nice, but the traffic is getting bad. I think San Luis Obispo is ideal because it's centrally located and has great weather.
