  1. GM is having a test drive event at the annual CHIN International Picnic in Toronto. One of the cars featured is the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro. I checked it out on Friday (the event wasn't open, so there was no one there, and no driving). VIDEO: PICS:

  7. Thats an awesome car! So much more unique than, say, a tri-5 Chevy. I saw this sweet '57 sedan at a show last weekend (for reference):
  8. And the trans is fine? Do you just add more?
  9. Its been nearly 5000 Kilometers since the repair (yeah, fun June!). She gets 23/24MPG city like clockwork, and Iv got her to 28.5MPG mixed! But.... Theres a new problem brewing. As of last week, it looks like transmission fluid is dripping out!!! .
  10. I saw a 2010 Chevy Equinox the other day. Regular plates. Didn't know they were on sale already? Had to do a double take. Looked good!
  11. When I went to Montreal for their autoshow this January, the most common brand on the road was Pontiac. Runner up was Toyota. Almost every second or third car on the road was a Sunfire or Grand Am. Pontiac is HUGE in Canada. Well, dealers here are ussually grouped. You have Chevrolet as a standalone (used to be Chev/Olds). Then there is Pontiac/Buick/GMC. And you might have Saturn/Saab/Hummer (used to be Saturn/Saab/Isusu). In some cases, Cadillac (mainly standalone) is grouped with Pontiac and Buick. I noticed one dealership in Milton (north of Toronto) is replacing Pontiac with Chevrolet. They sell Pontiac/Cadillac/Buick/GMC.
  12. Heres what a simular car goes for in my area: http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/tor/cto/1233876923.html 90 Olds Trofeo - $1900 1990 Oldsmobile Toronado Trofeo. 160,000 kms*. As is. One owner since new. Decent Shape. Great 3.8 motor. *160,000 KM is about 100,000 Miles
  13. Tell you're friend he has a future classic, and not to mod it in any way (ghetto deck, wheels etc). He might be able to sell it for much more than he paid. I would be in heaven driving that.
  14. Hah! One of the last people to have a Ted-made and Ted-hosted sig banner! It was hosted under an ancient onestop.net website. I don't think I even have the password for it anymore.
  15. Awww...Roger was one of the last people to still use a Ted-designed sig banner. *feels unloved*
  16. You should also feel the brake pedal move as it conducts its test at start up.
  17. Of the top of my head... Speed (1) Demolition Man The Usual Suspects Austin Powers trilogy Back to the Future trilogy Forrest Gump
  18. There were 10 5th gens! I live in Toronto. It was a one and a half hour drive. There was a Camaro cruise in which about 80 cars drove through the Niagara region and by the falls!!! There were two routes/groups. Group 1 past group 2 at the midway point! Niagara is very cool. I went there last year for Canada Day and watched the fireworks over the falls!
