NO headlights, NO windshield, NO seatbelts
Attaboy, no B-Pillarz and proper fun to drive. Take it to Camino's barn and start a project out of it (as if Camino does not have handful of projects )

2009 Honda Fit
Great review sir. I love your write ups. Yeah I always had softcorner for the Hondas and as an ex-owner of a 2005 TSX I can definitely relate the manual transmission experience like you had with the Fit. The Hondas are easy to modulate. By far the best stick in the business as someone earlier mentioned come from Honda, the Horndawg manual transmissions are better than the Germans. Also it is sad to know that Aveo sucks balls. I wished GM had made that car better and like always they are going to be last in the party behind Japanese hell even Ford in that respect. As far as the Honda navigations go, they are rendered useless once taken out of the host vehicle. Each comes with an eight digit code which should be activated along with the vehicle and has the preprogrammed VIN in the system. As a TSX owner I never have to worry about it. Plus it has side kicks of voice activated commands like when you say, "Find Nearest Blowjob" it gives you the closest hotels and motels, or when you make farting noise it turns AC on full air. Actually if you are traveling on rural highways it is good, and plus Honda has one of the simplest navigation systems I have seen better than those vaunted Germans (like it is not obvious). The only navigation system that comes close is the Lexus IS, but it has the dumb thing of not allowing the inputs while driving even if there is a passenger by your side trying to input the data. I do not think you will be disappointed and this is coming from a guy who has won the best map reader award for Scout camps.

Wax and Wane
Friendships wax and wane and so do the posting on the favorite forums. A lot of things have transpired in the past few months on personal front, I will give you a detailed update later. However, I feel somewhat relaxed and better. I hope everybody here is hanging on and feeling great. I missed Satty's satire, Camino's projects, Fly's writeups, NOS's love stories, DF's postwhoring, 68's B-pillarz, BV's millenia and devil, Blu's excellent humor, Olds' tenacity to fix the Error # 501, K.C and ZL-1's sensible comments and others if I forgot I appreciate your presence to keep this forum still in better shape.

All-New Saab 9-5 Sketch Leaked!
+ 1 ZL-1 (BTW long time). As much as I do not have expectations for SAAB I am looking forward to their portfolio. A lean SAAB with 9-1,3,4 and 5 with all platforms being shared will not be a bad one. I just hope that they bring down their pricing to palatable level from the currently leaning towards outrageous. One thing people gotta give SAAB is that they have made some good strides in quality, but their depreciation still sucks.

Gauntlet thrown: Corvette ZR1 laps the 'Ring in 7:26.4
I know it is nothing but a bragging right, but the fact you have Europhiles and Nipponophiles having phobia of American sports car, this car should have knocked off their front teeth by a bigger blow. They should retime the thing considering the fact Acura is hell bend to make the timing better and there is a lighter and more powerful GuTteR sitting around the corner.

BMW Chasing Japanese?
No mention of price. Japanese run at around $11K. Italians around $25K. I think BMW will split them if they really want the to take some of the Japanese share in the market. Collectively liter bikes have around quarter million sales annunally in US with Japanese Big 4 controlling 80-85%. If BMW wants some piece of that it should have something closer to the Japanese.

BMW Chasing Japanese?
If they keep it at same price or lil' more than the Japanese four, they will have one customer in Orlando.

Gauntlet thrown: Corvette ZR1 laps the 'Ring in 7:26.4
Good time, but should have been closer to 7:20 considering it only lopped out 3 secs of the GuTteR.

2009 Dodge Ram gets a power bump
It is a good looking evolutionary design. Good with 390 hp. It seems to be the peak of the horsepower war.
