  1. Having been to Mexico, I can say that Mexican food in Mexico is better than almost any Mexican food you will eat in the USA. Good. I love this, can't happen to more deserving folks. Time for Tesla to drive off into the history books and rest in peace with Tucker, Saturn, Studebaker, and Whippet. Will be interesting to see which direction you go next. I always loved that building. My wife worked for a few summers in Philly when we were dating...was always happy to visit Philadelphia for a number of reasons. It is gorgeous
  2. I see tons of BYD and Kia electrics in Mexico, but very few Teslas....proof that folks south of the border have more sense. Love the KIA DESIGN LANGUAGE.
  3. Sadly....(not really sad about this...)
  4. They are one of the only brands I would consider now.
  5. I flew Delta for my last trip (and Aeromexico) because they were cheap and had time slots a I wanted for travel. But I ended up flying on 4 different Boeing planes. Becoming more serious about boycotting American companies, so for most of my recent travel I have checked type of aircraft used and flown Embraer or Airbus if at all possible. Southwest has an all Boeing fleet, which is a no go for me if I can find a way around it. Had a great talk with the Delta pilot on the final leg of my flight home to Columbus, he was a huge Boeing fan but really thought Boeing was blowing it in so many ways. If Airbus had capacity right now they could (happily) crush Boeing.
  6. They are everywhere in Mexico. Agreed. I need to come buy you lunch sometime, would love to sit and chat. YEAH THEY DO, good thing I have margin in my budget. O really like flying Delta, I find I can usually buy tickets far enough in advance as to get a good faire.
  7. Changing Musk won't change much, the writing was already on the wall before this IMHO. BYD in China and Legacy automakers like Volvo and Nissan are already eating Tesla's lunch outside of politics. Musk Being a Nazi is only speeding up the inevitable.
  8. My whole goal right now is to get completely out of debt, and hike as much as possible. I was thinking hard about a Subaru Crosstrek, but that is probably off of the table. This is good to know. This is what I want to spend the rest of my life doing. $35 grand for a nicely equipped Crosstrek would pay for a year back packing in Patagonia. I know which one I would choose.
  9. I am trying not to buy anything much for personal reasons, even beyond Politics. We will see. the end result of all of this wll obviously be terrible.
  10. I missed this correction, returning to talk of cars and such...,
  11. My fear is that the next pope will be MAGA sympathetic. A good friend of mine thinks the next pope will be from Asia as that is where the church (Catholic) is growing the most. Hone a Chisel. This guy gets it... Quantum Mechanics is interesting...
  12. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss....
  13. They don't care how much mayhem they create.
  14. Cutting ATC will not work well.
  15. Working hard on my Espanol.
  16. All 200 countries in the world should boycott almost everything American. Canadians have the right idea.
  17. Excellent Needs a better bike in the picture. I love living in the Midwest. Ranger is at 107,000 miles and just keeps on cranking. I don't think I have ever been so wrong about anything in my life as hating on the Ranger. It has proven to be one of my favorite vehicles. I so want to visit. Watch the above video, three minutes and she nails it. Happy birthday!
  18. This is what over taxed ATC looks like. Two minutes and worth every second....
  19. Stocks tanking....'
  20. Good news for a change.... Music for a better end to Friday.
  21. Good for Canada, every other country should do this.
  22. Who on earth didn't see this coming?
  23. We need an army of them. Shows modern immaturity at its finest.
