  1. I like wiener when it's foot long...with jalapeño peppers, onions, hot sauce...maybe some chilli... Wiener is best when it's sloppy... if I don't wear some evidence of what I've done when I've had wiener, I haven't done things right... But def. peppers...the hotter the better...and yes this has sexual overtones but...I love it when I can put so much hot sauce on a wiener that I feel the earth move when it passes out the other end. But then I love spicy food. Last Thursday I took my daughter Christina to a restaurant that has a chef who will do spicy Chinese right, he was schooled in China. I had the waiter make it as hot as the chef would let it out of the kitchen...waiter said that no one else had ever eaten it that spicy and that they wanted paid for the meal even if it was too spicy...I complained and said it wasn't spicy enough. Chef didn't want to make it any spicier, as he didn't want to hurt me. So the answer to your question is...hot, brutal, spicy, and something I will feel and remember at both ends. Chris
  2. I am all for helping people that need it, and you and I are on opposite ends of the political spectrum. However...the number of people we have on food stamps is insane...
  3. http://www.additudemag.com/adhdblogs/8/7171.html I suffer from ADD and use Adderol, so I found this hitting home....that a prius and Lexus are involved made it even funnier.
  4. I've been there, I had a friend from college who lived there. Wonderful place, nasty plane ride...and I've stopped over there flying back from the far east a couple of times. Interesting palce, would love to maike it back there. Oh, and if you go...rent a Mustang convertible. The place would be an awesome place for a convertible...
  5. Happy birthday!
  6. Just be glad you were not on a motorcycle!
  7. A bunch of stuff...two survivor Chevrolet's a 1937 Maroon 4 door and a dark grey 1940 two door Deluxe, being towed on a trailer east of Columbus. Caught up with the guy at a truck stop, and other than a little paint work, both cars were all original and really kind of nice. blue 1958 Chevrolet Cameo Truck, nice. A whole strong of GM cars in black, two unrelated but identical Auroras in the front, followed by a black HHR, a black mid 70's Camaro, several Black Suburbans, another olds, a late model Vette, a silverado...and a bunch of other cars...all GM, all black. Odd. Usually do my own oil changes, but work has been picking up and I've been lacking time, got the oil changed at the local Ford garage. Mint, perfect, one owner 1975 Maverick, in the garage with my Miata...flawless shape, babied...haven't seen that nice of a Maverick since the 70's...
  8. Actually prefer the increased clutch feel in a Cobalt.
  9. That's kind of what I was thinking...
  10. Awesome!....that will be a really good reliable vehicle for her... Sweet!
  11. Dilbert teaches us the truth in a lot of ways...too bad Dilbert isn't making fun of Muhammed...
  12. I almost did also.... Still want one twenty five years later! Chris
  13. Love that wagon body style, had a friend who had one back in the day...
  14. Amazingly well said...
  15. I've been thinking a Grand National would be sweet to own someday...
  16. http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/conversions-hybrids/1146763-big-red-my-iron-ls2-t-56-86-regal-pro-touring-car-2.html If anyone is interested, this is a really cool car!
  17. Agreed. Almost might leave it unrestored just for the "patina" of an old car. I heard some where that they are restoring the belvedere that was buried in Tulsa!
  18. I'm white, I'm in the construction industry, and I'm currently working about thirty hours a week. I both agree and disagree with you...we need to put Americans to work, but Americans need to be willing to work. LOTS of white guys think construction is a great career to screw off at...I've worked crews that were all white, all black, all hispanic, and about every combination of the above. I've also worked with lots of white guys who will work their buts off for forteen hours a day to get a job done. However, I could almost bank on the work ethic of a hispanic crew being really high. But not all Hispanics...I've gotten hispanics fired just like I've gotten white guys, blakc guys, and asians fired. As a foreman, the only way to kiss my ass is to produce...come on my crew and you damn well better produce, or you won't be there. I think the answer is to teach hispanics English so that they can become part of our culture, educate their children, and work on making a better economy so that people can have a better job regardless of race.
  19. Once again si8r your ideas would be...correct... Can we start a Sylvester for 2012 campaign?
  20. I agree...and sorry if this is repeating a story I told you when we were at the hot spot cafe. But heck yes...a resto-mod...makes a lot of sense.
  21. GM is on a roll...and this thing is going to be another winner.
  22. Guy a few years ago made one hell of a drag car out of a 53 vette that was that rough....also a Shelby that was that rough made one hell of a nice drag car. Sucks though...rough numbers matching 66 SS396 Chevelle around Columbus like that several years ago....no one wanted to restore it...so the guy built a wild pro street car out of it...and then everyone was mad at him for not restoring it back to stock...
