  1. Bothers the hell out of me... but it also bothers me (almost equally as much) that there would be a partisan majority in the Supreme Court (NO LEGISLATION FROM THE BENCH PLZ) under a McCain administration (he only needed to appoint one Supreme Court justice to make it so). God I'm glad I don't have to deal with this in any meaningful manner. Regardless congrats to Obama, he truly earned this and I eagerly wait to see what he'll actually accomplish... until I see action it's all talk.
  2. The decal in the side window gives it away.
  3. Awwww...
  4. 0.829$ A LITER.
  5. Wow, Congrats! You must be BEAMING
  6. It would have to be as follows Tax on cars made by a foreign company outside of the USA, and keep all American Made and GM/Ford/ChryCo vehicles exempt.
  7. Wow that's pretty good considering the stories I hear about from my friends down in Cali. I think that province wide we're near 2.8-3% because of the rural population outside of Calgary and Edmonton where the whole unemployment picture is pretty good.
  8. You forgot Calgary... 2.1% Unemployment.
  9. Six hours of sleep in 48 Hours Here! Got to love midterms!
  10. This is the only way they can afford the merger... Which would indicate to me they more or less have a framework in place for the merger, maybe an agreement in principle but simply need the capital to make it happen.
  11. Indeed, eerie.
  12. I'd love to see the wagon come stateside we need more little estate cars here.
  13. Last three...
  14. QUOTE (FUTURE_OF_GM @ Oct 27 2008, 10:47 AM) That's really all the "green argument" does anyway. Bingo
  15. AWD CTS FTW.
  16. You know once they start making the Prius in Cali that whole "American Made" argument kinda deflates.... In all seriousness the Prius can't easily be compared to the Cobalt/Focus because there really is nothing like the Prius on the road right now. A comfortable four seater hybrid car that gets near 50MPG. Now in a few years with the Volt, Insight, and V4 Prius out it won't be so special... FYI of the thee I'll take a Volt Plz. People will continue to buy what they want because hell it's their money. It's not a car that would ever be on my radar screen because it isn't a big American barge but that doesn't mean that I should slam people who buy the car they want now does it.
  17. QUOTE (Sixty8panther @ Oct 26 2008, 07:07 PM) I seen dem truk nuts the other day on a Dodge Ram, the truk was blak but the nutz was blu like a po-lice light, I thuink it was been a few dayz since that Dodge rammed a Toyo-dur Tah-coma.
  18. I was referring to the 300 as polarizing in terms of its Gaping Maw and excessively high beltline but your point about the Charger stands, that's an element I didn't really consider.
  19. Polarizing Design is a Liability. There are bold designs that are far from Polarizing (CTS, Camaro, Challenger). There are elements of the 300 that make it polarizing that the Charger doesn't have. The trick is to hit the nail on the head and they didn't do that.
  20. Wow. It's like my car with a personality.
  21. 3.90$CDN/Gal here for regular unleaded which is about 3.20$USD/Gal.
  22. My Friend: Your Malibu has an Unsafe amount of (too much) legroom... you could be thrown around back here American cars suck this was poorly designed. Me: You're and idiot and you know jack sh!t about cars and a random threat of leaving him at the next stoplight.
  23. This is getting disturbing... I'm starting to get concerned about bankruptcy... really concerned.
