Well so long as some drunk didn't take it out and give you a golden shower. That would suck.
  2. The body-color headlamp housings, fancy rims, fascias, and rear spoiler look like a classic example of a quick update on an otherwise obviously dated product. Honda planners didn't read the tea leaves, or didn't care enough to bring something new to the emerging subcompact NA market... Nissan is guilty as well, with the Versa. It seems like Aveo may have caught rivals with their pants down.
  3. Nice rides, man! My favorite is the '72, but the new GTO looks good with the hood and grilles.
  4. Maybe they're trying to simulate a modern-day Chrysler Slant 6, that's why it's jammed over to the right like that.
  5. Sounds like a sitcom. :)

What's the matter, zoom? We need to be as openminded as we expect others to be. Without beautiful, sexy women, none of us would be here.
  7. Funkypunnk... maybe I'm the one who first spilled subtle and not-so-subtle gay oneliners into otherwise non-sexual threads. If so, sorry. I personally never wanted to offend the majority. It is not a choice. It comes from way deeper than conscious choice. Also, your "gender role" view of gay couples is flatout wrong, for the majority of people. Most couples like to switch "who's on top", if I may put it that bluntly, since you've decided not to invite your daughter to the forum (purely your choice, and I respect that.) I'm not going to get too excited about your stated views, even though I disagree with much of what you've posted in this thread. We're all adults, each entitled to our own views. I would like to know more about the red LeMans to the left of your signature. Have you told us about it in the Reader's Rides section here? If not, please consider posting more pictures of it there, along with a story.

Neon, cool 3020! I also grew up on a farm, and we were John Deere people... green as grass. My grandfather had a 1929 GP restored. We also had a couple of Bs (hand start!) and an A with electric start. I practically grew up on a wide front 3020. We also had the quintessential American Farm Tractor: a 4020. And a 4320. The 30 and 40 series tractors were also nice... we had a 4230, 4430, 4630... then moved on to 4440. Huge 8430 and 8630 came toward the end, right before my grandfather died and my uncle eventually had to sell out. What a nice surprise, seeing that little 3020 up here. Thanks for that.

    Wow, you're a freeeeeak!
  10. What is that, Engrish? Good lord.

Yeah, we've got that whole "self loathing" thing going on down here... where we hate love. We're really effed up in a lot of ways when it comes to love.
  12. CB, just what are you implying, sir? Mr. Myers, you either sound very cool and calm about all this (unlike poor Nick), or you're very cornfused. I'm going to go with the former. Here's to you:
  13. Hey Camino! Just in case you missed it... Chevrolet debuted a Camaro concept at DEtroit today. It's cool too! :AH-HA_wink:
  14. I love everything about this concept. The interior is striking beyond imagination, such a perfect blend of retro and futurism. When I surveyed the pictures at the link to Autoweek, I was absolutely slack-jawed. This is out of the park, boys.
  15. I owned an '86, TBI 305/5 speed base model Camaro, although I admit I haven't been a huge, huge fan of the car in the final years, before hiatus. Of course, this was due to a bit of neglect on GM's part. Ford kept up with Mustang development, and it showed. But this is a new day. This Camaro concept proves that GM still knows how to wow the public and trounce the competition. The concept is simply brilliant. I would love to own a production version, as soon as you can make it happen, GM, and as close in appearance as is practical. I am in love with this car. To ensure its longterm success, of course we must start off with a lively, nicely equipped 6 cylinder version, with the latest in transmissions to back it up... 6 speed manual, or 5 speed automatic. Then, at least two V8 versions. Pricing has to come very very close to Mustang, with the undeniable extra benefits afforded by GM's powertrain and styling mastery. This concept is a stunner... an opportunity ripe for the picking. Build it, GM!
  16. I'm a little scared. I haven't seen anything about the much better-looking Patriot lately. What gives? The Compass is way too funky for me.
  17. A very capable and handsome machine. When do we see the four door?
  18. Well, Lincoln has joined the crowd... in good and bad ways. I agree with those that say there isn't enough Lincoln in it. Standing alone, it is a handsome car.

    2007 Sentra

It looks high and narrow. The camera angle is not flattering. Fly hit it right... another ION mimic, mixed with Maxima. They should just call it "Minimaxima". The interior is a high point... but I don't get all these dash mounted shifters. Vibe, outgoing Civic Si hatch, new Civic, Thetas, etc...

When I go to Assateague, I don't venture in too deep, up to my waist is deep enough.
  21. I have to say... I'd like to see it toned down as well. I know I've gone pretty far myself at times, but this is over the top, if I may say so. *puts on flame suit, waits to be burned at the stake*

Whoa, y'all have gone far above and beyond...
  23. I think it's hot, especially in GTP form, with the polished 18" wheels.
  24. A person who wants to unwind at home after work with a joint is... a tad different than murder and rape. Hyperbole does not help your case.
  25. I don't have 30 grand right now.
