  1. Because GM needs to be diverse, Pontiac needs to be defined. All BPG FWD should be Buicks since most Buick buyers don't even know which end of the car is doing the driving anyway.
  2. Sorry, but my optimism dies with zeta. I think I'll just go somewhere and puke now.
  3. Easy there Wildcat, my attitude has nothing to do with you. And thanks for posting the article.
  4. What it means is that this was a stupid idea when PCS told us about it... ...and it still is.
  5. GM can leave prototypes like this in my barn anytime they want to.
  6. I'm on record as being against this rule, but it is up to the entire moderating staff to decide.
  7. At least you'll get off easier than I did, truck tires are so expensive.
  8. Buy it yesterday! Don't wait for your friend, this car must be saved.
  9. Well, well, fancy meeting you here.
  10. It makes me wonder how many of those listed cars still exist. Very cool.
  11. Fun, isn't it? And to echo Moltar, what did happen to the Cutlass?
  12. Totally insane! Extremely cool, but Totally insane. Just wow!
  13. Wow! Quick responses. Your turn.
  14. "He got a custom Continental, he got an El Dorado too, he got a .32 gun in his pocket for fun, he got a razor in his shoe."
  15. Sometimes GM will put decent tires on the half tons, but the 3/4 tons always get crap. I'm trying BFG Long Trail TAs this time.
  16. The OE tires on every new truck I've bought were low-bid crap. The 01 and the 05 both came with Fireblowns.
  17. That's the weird part. I had these same spec Michelins on my 01 Silverado and they were great. The same thing happened to Goodyear Wranglers a few years back. I had had great luck with those on several trucks only to have the last set I bought be complete crap. I guess the tire companies have trouble being consistent. I'm hoping for better luck this go round.
  18. Seems simple, right? As for the tires, I do alot of hauling and towing but no 4WD burnouts. I think Michelin must have used recycled pencil erasers to make these. And they rode hard and had lousy wet traction - one of my worst purchases ever.
  19. Wide load all the way! Oh, and fuschia pink isn't your color.
  20. Cool.
  21. Looks like we may have to move this thread to the Project Car section. :AH-HA_wink:
  22. And I would have no objection if the rest of the crowd would do as you do. Unfortunately, most (around here at least) do not.
  23. Yeah, I'm going to give him a ton of grief for this.
