  1. Yeah, the PA and the last Riviera are the best looking late-model Buicks, IMHO...they definitely looked related, in the curves of the front and rear quarters and other details. Great looking cars..
  2. I like Better...sounds good...looking forward to the new album.
  3. Hmmm...maybe the best NASCAR movie since Days of Thunder! I wonder if Cole Trickle is still on the circuit..
  4. BMW, Jeep, and Ford for me.
  5. I'll have to look for these.. I was an GNR fan in high school when they were new and fresh... not sure if I'd like a GNR without Slash and Duff..
  6. The headlights down low like that below the spear looks odd..the front end is very blocky with strange angles..reminds me of a Transformer toy for some reason.
  7. Agreed... hmmm..now how about a CTS-v with a padded top, 20 inch wire wheels and Vogues? Or an '80s Buick Grand National lowrider with padded top (saw one once, not a regular Regal but a GN that had been modified...horrific!!!)
  8. The photos in the Feb issue of Car don't look like that..they show a car much closer to the new S-class style but with wider taillights. The headlight treatment is similar to the first photo, though...kind of like the Lexus GS.
  9. Robert Hall replied to regfootball's topic in Acura
    It's Acura's Pursuit.
  10. Odd...I wouldn't think of covering the lugs..seems too old timey like full wheelcovers or hubcaps. These wheels in particular would look better if they weren't so flat.
  11. I love the Macs running OS X. Two words: UNIX INSIDE.
  12. Back in early '03 I saw 2 completely undisguised Holden Commodores and a Monaro, all with Chevy Lumina badging and LHD and Michigan mfgr plates driving through a Borders parking lot. Wish I had had a camera handy..they must have been in Colorado doing high-altitutude testing for the then-upcoming GTO.
  13. I used Netgear hardware for 10+ years (modem, routers, hubs, etc) with no problems... used them at home and in the startups I worked at.. their products always had a certain 'geek' appeal, out of the mainstream. A few months ago, though, I bought a Cisco Linksys cable modem w/ integrated router when my RCA cable modem died... no problems...
  14. Hmmm..since it is not sold in the US, how did you come up with that number?
  15. One Honda I've liked for the last 15+ years is this: And I'll own one sooner or later.. I've always liked styling, and love the way they drive...a friend of mine has a '91 that I've driven a few times, a very fun car on a windy road.
  16. The purple thing in the fifth photo sure is strange.
  17. Yeah, seems odd to me too..but June will make 20 years since I got my drivers license., and I'll have had my '87 Mustang GT 20 years in May '07. It doesn't seem like it's been that long...
  18. Sweeet....love the stone work and location...looks like an Aspen residence.
  19. We had a karaoke machine at my company's Festivus party last year...among other songs, I sang 'Pour Some Sugar On Me' in a William Shatner style...(I'd had a few shots of Jaegermiester). Eventually a friend took the microphone away from me..
  20. Yeah, it does seem like an odd pairing, but it would be fun.. I'm not much of a Bryan Adams fan, but I love Def Leppard...partay like it's 1985..
  21. I haven't really developed a taste for German cuisine. Nor German pop music. Or movies. Though I do love many German cars.
  22. I'd like a house with a concealed 10 car garage (built underground or in a hillside) and the house built partially into a hillside with a view out over a valley. Lots of stone, glass, and steel. Oh course, that's a pipe dream for now...my next home will likely be a decent $400k 4-5 bedroom 3000 sq foot recent build in suburbia w/ a 3 car garage and big basement (for the home theatre). I've outgrown my 1200 sq ft loft.
  23. Maybe for '07 they will rename the Grand Prix GXP the GTO. I wouldn't put it past GM..
  24. i'm afraid that one is almost 2mil... in CT.
  25. Cold War
