  1. If I expand the search to include completed auctions, it does show up, as an ended auction, with a link to the relisted auction. Which doesn't show up when searching on open auctions.
  2. I see a '38 Dodge auction listing. But if I search on '38 Dodge' or '1938 Dodge' on eBay it doesn't come up in the results.
  3. Saw a white Volt at lunch today with 2ft high letters on the doors spelling out VOLT.
  4. More of a Neon 3.0 (since there were 2 generations of Neon). This is a much nicer looking car overall from the pics, though.
  5. I like the styling of the profile in particular and the side panel contouring, not the usual slab sided SUV. Unusual to see an SUV w/o dark window tint. The headlights are a bit large. I like the subtle design of the wheels.
  6. I suspect this 'Michael Green' is a just a troll...only has 3 posts.
  7. Very clean. Neat to see that unusual underdash photo..
  8. Alfa of today in Europe seems to be an Acura type brand.. FWD sporty/entry lux..
  9. Interesting..didn't realize Honda had an CNG car.
  10. Yea I really did not get the full grasp between the three either and in looking up online, there are many ways of this being explained but did find this site that seems to have one of the best explanations on this and it toally syncs with what diwightlooi mentions above. Check it out: http://www.epi-eng.c..._and_torque.htm Rock on Torque!!! After thinking about it, that was probably one of those formulas I learned in high school AP Physics 25 years ago but haven't used since then...
  11. I would assume the numbers are just fake press release marketing blather, but the 'SAE-certified' implies they are real...interesting, I didn't realize there was a correlation between hp, RPM, and torque....
  12. Would have been more interesting if had been doing 100
  13. Chrysler had a propane version of the 318 for fleet use in the '80s... http://www.allpar.com/mopar/propane.html I remember the Monroe County Fla sherriff's department Dodge Diplomats/Plymouth Gran Furys ran on propane in the '80s.
  14. No surprise...since they've been rolling out this V6 and transmission in other models...
  15. They intentionally cut the rear leg room...shortened the wheelbase by about 5 inches. I looked at one closely at Barrett-Jackson in January, the rear door openings seem really tight...
  16. Carbon never seemed to be much more than smoke and mirrors....they had 1 prototype and a lot of photoshopped images, it seems..
  17. Can-Am
  18. Tasteless example of the passe Pro Street genre...ick.
  19. The classic style Morgans are neat, but I like the radical ones like the AeroMax and Aero SuperSports. What I like about Morgans is they are unusual and kind of go their own way, not predicable and homogenized like many sports cars are today.
  20. I don't think I've seen that ad...
  21. But didn't ya know, the new GS has interesting new technology, such as blind spot monitoring, as featured on the 2007 Buick Lucerne, heads up display as on the 1992 Pontiac Bonneville, 1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, and night vision as featured first on the 2000 Cadillac Deville and later on the 2002 Lexus LX. Want to know how I know? The Lexus commercial that keeps running over and over touting all of the new technology that the new GS has and how much more technologically advanced the car is because of these things. sorry for the rant, but that commercial gets on my nerves so much that I'm 'bout ready to write an article blasting them for it and then tweet the hell out of it so maybe they will pull it. Yeah, but it's a Lexus... Saw a matte black Corvette ZR1 at lunch...the matte look is getting played out, I think...that look just doesn't work on a Corvette, IMO.
  22. Jags seem like they would be good for a short lease, but not for a long term relationship...
  23. Hmm...are talking Porsche the company or Porsche the man? Research turned up an even earlier model that Dr. Porsche's name was on...
  24. I'm thinking 959, but it may be something strange and obscure like the '50s tractor or something...
