I would assume the numbers are just fake press release marketing blather, but the 'SAE-certified' implies they are real...interesting, I didn't realize there was a correlation between hp, RPM, and torque....

No surprise...since they've been rolling out this V6 and transmission in other models...

They intentionally cut the rear leg room...shortened the wheelbase by about 5 inches. I looked at one closely at Barrett-Jackson in January, the rear door openings seem really tight...

The classic style Morgans are neat, but I like the radical ones like the AeroMax and Aero SuperSports. What I like about Morgans is they are unusual and kind of go their own way, not predicable and homogenized like many sports cars are today.

But didn't ya know, the new GS has interesting new technology, such as blind spot monitoring, as featured on the 2007 Buick Lucerne, heads up display as on the 1992 Pontiac Bonneville, 1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, and night vision as featured first on the 2000 Cadillac Deville and later on the 2002 Lexus LX. Want to know how I know? The Lexus commercial that keeps running over and over touting all of the new technology that the new GS has and how much more technologically advanced the car is because of these things. sorry for the rant, but that commercial gets on my nerves so much that I'm 'bout ready to write an article blasting them for it and then tweet the hell out of it so maybe they will pull it. Yeah, but it's a Lexus... Saw a matte black Corvette ZR1 at lunch...the matte look is getting played out, I think...that look just doesn't work on a Corvette, IMO.

And btw, Cadillac should be paying serious attention to this segment (besides the Escalade) This is going to cost probably 3-4 times what the Escalade does, though..don't think Cadillac is going after the ultra-luxury niche. Yeah, my idea was more Cayenne-pricing than this thing's pricing which will surely be crazy expensive... But it'd be interesting to think about this type of vehicle (Omega?) besides the truck-based Escalade. To the Escalade's merit, though, it has to be an extremely high-unit-margin vehicle; the true definition of a cash-cow. I would think Cadillac would get a Lambda CUV at some point...

I like the interior. I wonder if it has enough cubbys for them to stash their drugs and guns when they are rollin' dirty. Because that is where the money is...fat profit margins.. Though as long as they funnel the money back into car development, I guess it's acceptable (like w/ Porsche). With Jaguar paired w/ the LR/RR, I can't see the point of them doing one. Surprised R-R hasn't done one yet.
