  1. Pontiac with the endura nose? (that's the innovation I'm guessing on... and yes, just a shot in the dark)
  2. The tan and brown interior was very pleasant...I've had enough black and dark gray interiors in my life, really liking lighter interiors... A light interior and sunroof is on my must have for my next car, especially as I transition from living in a hot, dry sunny environment to a colder, gray rainy environment... You're moving?
  3. It's April and it's time to start our November spreadsheet already William?
  4. Nice! Supercharging is now included in the base options! Z-06 and I got a great explanation about the dual motor system in Detroit. Apparently the front motor is smaller and thus uses less energy to run, so when you're on an easy highway cruise, the car runs as a front driver and sips less juice.
  5. That may be the biggest single reason Ram won't get one.... they are serious about bringing a Wrangler pickup in the next generation. .... all of the BS about fuel economy is just that.... bs. GM sold over 9,000 of their new pickups in February with no decrease in sales of Silverado or Sierra.... and no decrease in sales of the Tacoma (up 13%) or Frontier (up 5.4%). The GM twins came out of no-where and are now outselling the Tundra and Frontier even though both of those models are still posting increasing sales. The mid-size truck market is growing and Ram ignores it at their own peril.
  6. The best I can come up with is the ~64 Plymouth Cuda... but even then I'm not sure if that center bit is metal or plastic. my other guess was the Avanti since it is fiberglass.. but that doesn't really have a grille. Aside from that, it's going to be something obscure like a Crosley or Allstate
  7. I'll translate from German to English for you - "Their badge is round and so is ours, so 'engineering' this truck is going to be super duper easy!"
  8. I guess it depends on what you consider "the grille". If you consider these lattice pieces that cover the headlights to be "the grille", then I am 98.263% sure they are plastic. On the earlier years where the headlights drop down, the grille on the '66 and '67 are metal.
  9. It had to be way before that. I know the '68 Toronado headlamp/grille covers were plastic
  10. A Renegade EXT would be killar!
  11. No... I think they are planning on keeping it at least up to date.
  12. Arg... the way you did this I can't promote to an article. Needs to be it's own thread. edit: nevermind, I made it work.
  13. I'm actually surprised the XTS is going to last until 2019. They must have a mid-cycle re-do planned in there somewhere.
  14. Of course those customers are being taken care of by the domestics. They aren't out there buying Subaru Bajas.
  15. Limo 1 is a custom build on a Chevrolet Top-Kick industrial truck. It is Cadillac in some certain visual cues only. It has zero relation to anything in the Cadillac portfolio beyond the badge. I've seen both in person.
  16. A car carrier with 5 patinaed VW Type 2 Buses
  17. A few of you have PMed me to complain about one user or another's posts lately. The reputation system is there for you to express your displeasure. In the near future, after the upgrade of the board software to 4.1, posts that get enough negative votes will be hidden from view.
  18. Well I disagree with Johan... unless there is something super special about the Omega platform, I'm betting the CT6 would make a great limo
  19. It's not just about fuel economy. Some people just don't want to wheel around a full size truck no matter how great the fuel economy is... it is simply too much vehicle for them to handle.
  20. Yup. I use one of these because they are 64gb and about as physically small as you can get. SanDisk Ultra Fit CZ43 64GB USB 3.0
