  1. Well it could mean $8000 off for the remaining 2007 models.
  2. Ok, that like happened to like 20 Tundras out of like 60,000 made from January to May, that is like 0.3%. I'm sure it does not happen to all Toyotas, as it is the basis of many Toyota jokes on this board.
  3. I like it!
  4. Ok man, everyone has their opinion, don't be so arrogant about yours.
  5. Come on man, don't be so mean, I though that at first, until I found out it's only available in an automatic So, not good competitor to the G8 I'm sure you'd perfer this over the Camry we get.
  6. Lack of a manual is a turn-off
  7. Resale value, reliability, quality, and refinement... Why else do people buy Toyotas? Obviously not for style. Yeah, just like some members on this board have the same conspiracy theories that Toyota is paying the media off, which is crock from both sides, the import fans, and the domestic fans.
  8. http://www.autoblog.com/2007/08/20/toyota-...ion-with-323-h/ We don't have this here because??? Perfect competitor for the G8.
  9. http://www.canadiandriver.com/articles/jm/...ysler_minis.htm
  10. Well, they will build their minivan in the Chrysler plant in Windsor Nah man, that is their warehouse, where they distribute their cars to the GTA dealer network.
  11. Ha............. ha............. another jokes about Canadians from a Yankee, but anyways, I've seen Citroens in real life, and actually they're pretty cool, I know they look bad on pictures. Hence, why I like the City Jetta
  12. There was an article in World of wheels, a Canadian auto magazine, that Fiat is thinking of making a come-back in Canada with this model.
  13. They were thinking of bringing the Fox, which is designed, engineered, and built in Brazil up here to Canada, but they brought in the City Jetta and Golf, which wasn't a bad idea since they're selling really well up here in the white north. Don't worry man, VeeDub will never die up here in Canada, people love them up here. Um, here on Canadian Television, they advertise how the Passat 1.8T outraces a 525i. Personally, I'm not shocked, for the U.S. at least. When I drive down there, all I see are SUV's, full-size sedans, and pick-ups. Here on the other hand, if you take a trip to the igloos (hehe) you will find tons of Golfs, Jettas, and Rabbits. I think it's a good idea if VW left the U.S. so they can concentrate on the Canadian market, and bring in more exclusive cars like the Fox, Polos, and maybe introduce Skodas and Seats. Recently I heard that Citroen might come back to Canada.
  14. This is still better than what they did with the Land Crusher
  15. Oh yeah, junk, they are the most boring cars in the world, but if they're such junk, how come I see so many '89 Rollas with 500,000 km still driving around?
  16. It's also not the car but the driver.
  17. The smartest comment on this post. You are a GM fan because you like what they make, and they appeal to your tastes. The other people here seem to be throwing personal political opinions instead of the love for the cars.
  18. Well, Petra is only assuming based on past historical events, regarding Malibus in the past. And, you seem to be an expert of how the new Accord is inside and out, you've been bashing it from the first post.
  19. I heard down in the states they sue the weatherman for predicting the wrong weather
  20. Nope, I heard on the radio last night that GM has withdrawn any attempt to buy out Chrysler Group. I guess the Canadian bidder seems like the most likely choice.
  21. How dare you insult GM on this site, it's blasphamy!
  22. Hey Bruce Willis, I was just joking. Wanted to say that, because I wanted to see your reaction. And ocnblu, I know what you're getting at, because Toyota plants are not unionized, and don't make $200/hr like GM pays their workers. However, Toyota products are in demand in North America if you like it or not. You're talking about the politics now, not their products. Yes, it is sad, that the U.S. car idustry is falling under it's own weight. Jobs are affected, however this is what happens when you concentrate more on politics than the product itself. Look what's happening to Chrysler and Ford.
  23. Yeah, because people are turning to Toyota products, because they are making better cars, duh.
  24. How is this Toyota's fault? The only car that is selling is the Charger, 300, and Caravan. And the rest?
  25. From what I heard, the 6 speed automatic issue has been solved 6 months after production in the new Camry. It was a software issue. As for this, well the exterior could have been better. Love the interior though.
