Anyone notice how the '08 Malibu is shown to have a 21 days figure? Given the Malibu's sales volumes, that is very interesting!

GM already made a business case for a large RWD car that is not sold in the US, but sold in China as a Buick, in Australia as a couple of Holden models and in the Middle East as a Chevrolet. Maybe that's the way it will remain in the future.

The article says nothing regarding the number of units sold, it's about the average number of days G8s sit on the lots. Limited supply and targeting deliveries to the right areas help explain those 16 days. See how the Licoln Town Car is there too? That car is certainly not setting the sales charts on fire and yet it sits on lots only 22 days on average.
