  1. Yup.... that was a neat car, bizzare but neat. It was made from an Impala though.
  2. Awsome! Looks like it's seen better days. Shortly after I bought my Maxima I drove through Chelmsford behind one of these MG/Triumph wannabees with Washington State plates... it was MINT. They're cute little cars, I just can't see myself in one becasue it's made for like 4' 11" tall 105lbs. Japanese guys. Good post Burhan!
  3. In a perfect world, yes. And also the Solstice & Vette.
  4. My 1968 Camaro has it, so did my 1994 Oldsmobile... it was a Cutlass Siera BTW, but the 1964 Oldsmobile Super 88 holiday I want real bad does not.
  5. But that's a 1968... do you also own a 1969? Empowah: I don't pay attention to V6, FWD Impala news... rather watch paint dry. And I still say DOD in a V6 is lame.
  6. Turbojet: That rear wing on the GT is just horrible. Looks like a wannabe F40 wing.
  7. Wow... that's absolutely horrible.
  8. How very groundbreaking! [/super-sarcasm]
  9. DAmn too bad.. hope the fix is quick & easy.
  10. 99 times out pf a hundred I agree... but I'd love a CTS-V more so than a STS-V, mostly for the durability & ease of maintenance of the LS6 and the standard 6-speed manual, you know with three pedals on the floor. :AH-HA_wink:
  11. I'm with you for the most part Balthazar... BTW... the fact that the new Beetle is a reskinned FWD, front engined, I4 powered Golf is what sux about it the most. Even there the styling is not the problem IMO.
  12. Holy Coincidence Batman... *cue spinning Tatra logo* I'm pretty sure that one never saw Stock Car duty.
  13. So I went to New England Dragway ® recently with my Datsun © Maxima ™... I ran a 17.09 in the ¼ mile and my trap speed was pretty good considering my car is powered by a 2.4 liter inline six based on a low-compression 240Z ¾ motor. The best part was that Action Photography ® got a real cool ¾ shot of me launching the car at like 3500rpm. I'd love to buy a big turbo for the car, like the Porsche-KKK © selling on Ebay from Germany for 140 € , seeme like a better deal than the silly 280Z © /Fairlady ™ spec. Turbo selling out of a Japanese catalog for like 30,000 ¥ .
  14. Here's a Monte Carlo I bet you've never heard of. http://www.fortunecity.com/silverstone/fer...213/rally00.htm
  15. Once again Z-Lock, congratulations! That Pontiac Bench seat out of a 70s LeMans should look much better than these blue buckets... blue & burgundy do not mix well.
  16. My two favorites, one a product of the Czech republic, the other a USA made "europeanish" semi-exotic economy car. The original Split window...
  17. It's been a few weeks since you hit a homerun like that, classic OCNBLU... glad I could help set that one up for you! *Crosses legs nervously*
  18. Agreed... if you need more than 2 passanger capacity then you're not in a position to buy the Insight. I think it's meant to be a 2nd or 3rd car for most people.
  19. Fantastic post. So very, very cool. I even like the Teacup desk.
  20. Only the morons running Honda would try to do DOD with a V6, that's like trying to juggle 7 knives w/ one hand.
  21. Yes, true. But I love that about the name... out of all the 1959 Buicks I've seen they were all Electras & LeSabres, but I want the "sporty" Invicta like Balthazar's. It's such a cool name. Yes & yes... esp. RoadMonster! Makes perfect sense to me... the Lucerne is a car full of compromises and half-assed B.S. mechanicals It's motor is mounted sideways... it lacks a kick ass pushrod V8, it's short and stubby looking and to top it all off it's FWD. And to showcase in their ads how exactly complex & modern the new Lucerne is they talk about the windshield washer fluid. The Zeta Buick, whatever its name will be a TRUE Buick, even more so than the Park Ave, more so than the last gen. Regal. It will be the true successor to the Roadmaster and hopefully a 2-door variant will be called Riviera... Just how many of Oldsmobile's mistakes does Buick have to repeat? How much reinventing, new-age marketing & re-Bull$hitting will GM do before it learns that all the American people want is a true & authentic rebirth of what American cars stood for in the 1950s & 1960s?
  22. Well then... I like big butts and I can not lie.... Baby got back! Apt. description, I don't like very skinny Chicks and I don't like the Boxter's squised ass.
  23. Speeding Penguin needs to post his new ride... I'm sure MightyMouse will love it.
  24. Wow... that's just crazy. I gotta see that. Even a poorly running Skyline is still a force to be reckoned with.
