  1. Yes. no contest.
  2. Once again BV, you're jumping to the conclusion that I'm ignorant. I know the Altezza is a Toyota "IS200/300" and even had I not I would have figured it out when I bought a few of them in Gran Turismo 2. It's just like the whole piercing thing, how cool is it rebel by getting a piercing when 65% of the kids in your school are also pierced. Like i said back in the early '90s we thought it was cool on Mark II Jettas and 80s BMWs but now its kind of passe. BTW: a few years ago just after they came out I bought LED tail light bulbs for my '97 STS... they DO NOT work well in the application. They're useless wiht the reflector... they're not set up to reflect in any direction. I do not have the time or energy to explain the dynamics of it but needless to say the LEDs I bought for the STS are the same ones that ended up tucked undeer the rear bumper of the STS because they were useless in the Cadillac. I'm a bit LED obsessed myslef as you can see form the 70-bulb LED STS "chimsl" (3rd brake light) in my Camaro & Brougham. I just sold the Brougham and the brake light you see in the rear window of this photo is now in the Datsun.
  3. good, if that's what it takes....
  4. It's called a "powerslide" there Northern Lights boy. http://www.cheersandgears.com/public/style_emoticons//AH-HA_wink.gif LIke I just said, a FWD car doign a burnout just sitts still or possibly nudges forward slowly: LAME. A RWD car can really get your heartrate going, nothing like steering wiht your right foot.
  5. $hit, spoke too soon. This morning i wopke up wiht a sore throat so bad it feels like I ate a box of Grade 8 sandpaper last night.
  6. yes... the Brougham is now in the loving hands of a gentleman who lives on the upstate New Hampshire right on the Vermont border. All in all the day we delivered it up there was a complete clusterf**k but the story is worth telling... when I get a chance. Meantime is there no one else here who is OCD about their gas/oil/maintenance?
  7. this is more impressive. :)
  8. Saw this on Ebaums a while back. How impressive, he pins the car against a Ford Aspire and THEN burns out. How very difficult. Probably could do that wthe opther way around (aspire doing the tire roasting) FWD cars CAN burnout but you can't steer wihtthe throtle and drift or just do donuts like wiht a RWD car. Hope the retard got a few minutes of quality time wiht "Bubba" in thre local pen. <_<
  9. There's only one that sticks out in my mind.... just one that I've been hearing for years. It seems to have lasting value for some dog-damned reason. "Big Shot" by Billy Joel. I want to shoot someone when i hear thta F***ing song. It's like a musical version of a jewish mother nagging.
  10. I heard about this in the late 90s wiht that "memory regenerating plastic" or whatever they called it. Remember that sAustralian how on Discovery called "Beyond 2000"? It used to be on in the mid to late 90s.
  11. all for the price of three of each.
  12. Emode: 133 but I suck at math.
  13. I'll always like these Grand Ams. Customized Tail lights is so "90s". Screw that, I just bought blue-dots the other day for the datsun but now I dont; have the heart to install them since it is permanenet and I'll probably never find replacement tail lights for the datsun. Either way thie whole alteza tail lighta and clear markers thing was cool when I was in HIgh School in like '93 and '94... now it's just silly IMO.
  14. I've sena like 4 or 5 MK Devilles in my lifetime, all pink. A few years ago I saw a pink 95-ish MK G.P.
  15. I dislike car based SUVs. GM or not. WTF is the point of designing a mini "suv" around a corolla/civic/cobalt chassis? Retarded. That's why they've traditionaly scored the lowest in crash tests. That being said I'm sure the Equinox is better than most. I'd never buy one.
  16. Luscky Bastatrds. Up here the cheap stuff is $2.57 or more and word from Duffy in Arizona is that it is still in the $2.69-$2.79 for regular out there. *sigh*
  17. Hope you are okay. Don't get yourself hurt/killed. MAybe you should move up north. It seems between the old duffers driving 20MPH under the speed limit in carrige-roofed sedans and the crazy weather Florida is not the best place to live. :P
  18. Love the name Super... Even TED's chop, although it's an improvement, leaves me cold. The LaCrosse is just sa damn "BLAH". <_< The quad roundish headlights worked pretty well on the last gen. Lexus GS and they were in style back then, now in 2006 on the LaX they look lame and dated.
  19. That's even funnier than this sign... so true!
  20. Paula is nice but Maddona is 'da bomb. I'd do the horizontal tango wiht her in every which direction and call her the next day too. :D
  21. Yup, looks like it's time to leave Benz alone and ripp off the Edsel of VWs for a while. Aim low. :P
  22. I like "Super", it's a great name to ressurect. It's no surprise I love the idea of that name coming back when Croc hates it. :P This chick's hot and she's beaming. (nippin')
  23. Tercel takes a dump on the hood of the Bimmer. :P
  24. Wow, really. That's damn impressive for a real world statistic on a 2005 car with some balls. (unlike the Insight/Prius) All the more reason why GM kiskc ass. WOnder what the SS / SC get for milage?
  25. Quad Round tail lights ARE not trademerked by Chevy exclusively.... how about Ferraris & all the exotics like the McLaren F1 that have them... no one is riping anyone off here... the Skyline has had them for several generations. You can not lay claim to these kinds of tail lights any more than you can lay claim to stacked Quad head lamps. And this is coming form a hardcore Chevy guy. BTW. Now the 1970 Mustang & 1970 Barracuda on the other hand borrowed WAY too heavily from the gorgeous 1969 Camaro. From the profile, greenhouse, grille, headlights, RS style cuts in the Mustang's front all the way to corny rippoff color names like Grabber Orange instead of Hugger.
