  1. Dodgefan: I'm patiently waiting to see the #s o the Grand Marq.
  2. I had a black lab.back in Slovakia as a kid... considered myself a dog person for years, but tie wise & entertainment wise cats rule. They hae more personality and their independence is nice if you're a busy person. It's mucg easier to be a responsible cat owner than dog owner.
  3. EPIC_fail
  4. Yup... if you read it on the internet it MUST be true!
  5. 70% of the rest of the world hates us.... and yet we keep giving them handouts despite that.... while they work to destroy us economically & in some cases in a medeival Jihad,we do very little to help ourselves. It pisses me off SO much that we almost never look out for our own first & foremost. Therer's plent of poverty RIGHT here in my town and Boston & Worcester, there are thousands of veterans who fought in wars they might or might NOT have agreed with (to protect our freedoms & way of life) who are left to fend for themselves in the gutter (sometimes litterally) so that we can give MORE money to a bunch of countrie who breed like fu**ing rabitts despite their long term & short term inability to feedthemseves. And STILL they hate us.. always will too... jelaousy is an ugly monster.
  6. I have no problem agreeing that McCain is a dope, & imo B.O. is even MORE so. If you remember, before a lot of the (my value judgment) disturbing , cold hard facts came out about Obama I was a bit optimistic about him... I certainly would NOT dislike a candidate based just on their respective party, that's ignorant. I guess being a Libertarian means there's a ZERO% chance that the election will address any of MY major issues.
  7. Wait, so the horse is BIG Government... right? :AH-HA_wink:
  8. Te NOBAMA stickers are both creative and funny. Oldsmoboi: I respect you and there's certainly points I agree with you about, and these points are usually in the gray, not extreme left or far right... but that having been said, sometimes we just have to agree to disagree.
  9. As usual, you guys; like most "Joe Public" types just eat up all the mediocrity and blandness. No I am NOT going to bring B-pillars & RWD into it because I'm picky not retarded, but this is a very blandarific, predictable, safe design that would get a few looks on the street today, but in M.Y. 2011... pathetic. It's a 21st century Lumina Euro.
  10. only if the guts were junk.... those giant glow tubes are half the fun.
  11. You are 100% WRONG dude... I do not have the time &/or patience for one of my five paragraphposts but google found this, seems to be a pretty basic explanation. http://www.lawrence.edu/sorg/OBJECTIVISM/socfasc.html Obviously, however many dems./lefties who have their heads in the sand like a bunch of ostriches forget that SOMEtimes voted-in governments morph into evil monsters, and even more often enough they were Hitlers in sheep's clothing all along!
  12. What a piece of junk... this thing does not even get FM reception, never-mind H.D. and XM. You got ripped off. (also Rolls Royce made similar radio in 1930 but it had a much nicer tunning knob) of course it DID cost 17-times as much.
  13. Over the past four months I've seriously considered buying THREE different 2nd gen. Corvair hardtops. There's many tempting examples out there. You're preaching to the Choir.
  14. Very, very nice. I, for one, always preferred the standard floating bumper over the spit-bumper RS.
  15. Hmmmm... so you can get Navi & leather in a base Civic sedan, huh? All joking aside, the Pontiac Firefly was a much better rebadge than this. Million times cooler than ANYTHING Honda has ever made.
  16. You just don't get it.... this same basic STUPID rehashed argument has been going around since before I was alive. Let me ask you something. How many people in the U.S. commit gun crimes with a REGISTERED weapon? I'd love to see ONE shred of proof of a drive-by, hate crime, drug-related shooting or other gun-crime in the ghetto, sorry... (inner-city) where the guilty party had a legally purchased and REGISTERED firearm...? Neverind the thouands of cops who are allowed to carry firearms in their cruisers and can calll on a arsenal of fully-automatic assault wepons if they feelthe need should push come to shove... add to that all the dirty cops, several towns in my neck of the woods here in Mass have been revealed to have MORE corrupt cops than not. So I say the hell with you, if you want to take your chances and expect the government to protect you, go right ahead, I would MUCH rather have my fate in my own hands nd by extension have the strength of niumbers on my side. All of my law-abiding firends & neighbors that own firearmshel protect ME by extenson. I'm al for keeping the oddsin OUR favor. legal firearms > criminals with black market, unregistered (possibly fully auto) guns No it is NOT the 18th century, but our civil liberties are in MORE danger than ever! Big brother is HERE, pretty soon there will be more live-feed cameras than people in this country. Agreed. Gun control, The Patriot act & Big brother are all very simillar monsters!
  17. Camaro Z/28 (as in 1st gen. Z/28 not the later Z28) I'm not a big guy but I'm strong for my weight, 162lbs. (small-block 302) When I played hockey I always sucked at stick handling but I'm fast & I can maneuver on a set of skates better than most (lightweight, hardtop) and I'm all about old school classics, and since I'm not ripped but I am lean & toned (DZ-302) I think a SMALL-block works well to describe me.
  18. P.S. I'd rather have the '67 Camino but $9500 is too much!!!
  19. What's this about double penetration? Is this a pictoral thread about double stuffed Oreos? You Sir, must not understand thre wonderous, complex mind of a car fanatic, or "gear-head" always looking for the next edge, never complacent.
  20. Wow.. that's actaully really cool. Makes both the Prius & the production Volt look like '96 Ford Windstars. Probably the coolest "one-box" design of the 21st century. Too bad it's ANOTHER 4-door hardtop that will never see production! Why do they tease us so? if they're never going to build a hardtop why constantly give us hope!?!?
  21. Let's not get distracted & complacent... we still need to drill Alaska like a craftsman cordless through a ceiling tile.
  22. The church has its head up their @$$. Their hypocritical views on modern life, and the fact that they empower & shelter child rapists despite claiming that God condemns any and all homosexuality is just the start of their idiocy, meantime they waste their efforts on non-issues like the evils of condoms, birth control & other useless issues.
  23. LOL @ wmj. Moltar: Yup... I'm at the MASS (Registry of Motor Vehicles) quite often. Going back & forth to the insurance co. is MORE annoying.
  24. I agree 100% with Camino's initial post, as well as most of the rest. I'd like to add to the waste-of-time political arguments: --- Firearm A is the exact same weapon as firearm B, but firear B is illegal because it has a black grip& stock. There's many real examples of this! it's asinine. --- ANY and all forms of safety-nazi-regulation (be it against hardtops, lawn darts, fireworks or helmet/seatbelt laws --- Emissions testing, charcoal canisters & bazzilion catalytic converter galore --- Politicians' kids, grandkids, dog groomers & pet fish...
  25. Even with that 17-compound curve greenhouse it still looks better than a stock 4-door Puh-rissss, for what it's worth it is a quite well melded stretch, so many of today's car's have an angled, curvaceous greenhouse that does not lend well to being stretched like taffy. many of today's stretched limos look awkward, as ugly as the Prius is, it's a way better than average greenhouse stretch. Examples of what I'm taking about: wavy-greenhouse
