This was never a good idea. they should of left it stock!

It's an xA thing. You wouldn't understand, I don't understand. I don't see those very often compared to the xB and tC. Scion seems to have it's own little cult following.

Yeah, senior citizens and ricers. Strange group.

Indeed. The old folks who the only thing hip about them is their replacement love the xB.

LMAO!

I've seen this car before, driving east on 96 around the Southfield exit.

Where did you spot this bad boy?

Exactly. Here in retirement land of Delaware, as the original "old" people cars started to thin out, more and more and more xA's, xB's, and xD's started littering the roads traveling 39mph in a 50. Literally, everywhere. Several who have gone as far as the typical old people deflectors, pin stripes (or graphics...) and some even with "upgraded" department store hubcaps. They...literally...LOVE them. And it's easy to see why. Small, cheap, efficient BUT also easier to get into & out of and comfortable than even a lot of their barcalounger sedans.

Mmm. Modded. Scions. Argh.

696 and telegraph area i think.

I think it was a chick driving

Case in point: my mom liked the first-gen xB. She likes the Cube and the Soul. She says her Cobalt is too hard to get in and out of. She's 4'11" and, shall we say, a bit plump, so I can understand her point. The box cars are very easy ingress/egress, with infinite headroom for a little person like her, and with the hatchback and high load floor, easy to load and unload her stuff. Until the little GMC of this ilk comes forth, I would support her owning a Cube.

Which is why these cars sell.

My wife loves her first gen xB.
