Why would someone do this to a C6?

Hideous... there was another awful green modded C6 that's been on the internet for a few years, just as bad as this..

Maybe it was an R-title donated to a high school for a shop project.

Still it needs burned to the ground, and I'd never say that about a Corvette.

I wonder if this is the same nut job that did the one w/ green and red house paint and the metal dragon on the hood...
