Chevelle ride along video for Camino
I was disappointed with the Camaro until the last run through the gears and that was a glimpse of Heaven on Earth. To me the sound I miss the most is the tranny whine in the muscle car sound mix. Another sound I miss is from the front pump of a Powerglide not that I want one or anything. The mileage sucked on my buddy's 327 275HP 67 Imp sport sedan. But the sound was great, at least to a 52y/o gear head. Moms 62 Belair wagon & a couple of my Corvairs had them. Its just like eating food and going back to your childhood Thanx for the memories sorry for an old timers trivial pursuit.

Massive decrease in fuel economy
Von after rereading from the start I'm thinking you might have the scan tool plugged in while driving and look at the info on the O2 as far as lean/rich codes also the outside air temp sender could be faulty. Anyways would need a flow chart as this is just fishing w/o a scan tool & flow chart. Good luck & keep us informed

ZL1 to top more powerful Shelby in times
Hyper " I think the age of the Muscle and Pony car has finally passed on as this car is proving to be stepping into a area only the elite cars tread and at a price less than the ZR1." I'm inclined to agree and wouldn'y GM be wise to court the kids now with an alpha coupe with large HP I4 & I3's? Think big & small block pony cars of the past w/o so much of the tech not a stripper car just no magna ride ect...

Chevelle ride along video for Camino
Thanx Big Pontiac I've not heard a Muncie in way too many years and that was in the Imp , but it's been sitting way too long . Money and these vidios would go a long way in getting it back on the street.

Solar blast heading our way ...
We were able to see them about a month and a half ago but I missed them I've seen them before as a kid here in Dayton OH. I saw them once while on a deer hunting trip in SE OH also that was the best we heard about it and went to the top of a foothill.

Daily Driving Through Strange Times
I totaly agree with the "to the moon" comment I went to the local Goodwill auction & it was the worst time I've spent looking at cars YMMV. Find a used car dealer who isn't a sleez and see if he will work with you for a fee. I've got a friend that has a junk yard and we had discussed this in the past only to find one in Craigslist.

Chevrolet News:GM’s North America President Reveals Some Info On Next Gen Colorado
I dissagree in that smaller is not better. In the past smaller engines were base power plants but with the EcoTecyou have a factory bottom end able to take 1000HP IIRC and subsiquent engines will build on this. The 4.3L was a base engine but even it didn't crap out at 100K mi hell it was a small block with low power. What would wear out? Only maybe the timing chain or motor mounts but nowhere near 100K mi.

Predictions for NEW 2.0T engine
Dwight the compression hight can be changed by the rod or piston but is normaly altered by the piston it self. In looking into the cheapest way to build a mega mouse SB Chevy I found that in using a off the shelf piston designed for a 5.850 length rod instead of a 5.7 the piston would be at deck hight with my custom stroke And now you guys will see how bad I spell with out spell check. I've updated my Linux distribution and now as Hyper says I can't get spell check to work within the fourm outside it OK but not here. Any ideas? I'm using FoxFire maybe I'll D/L Chrome or try KDE's default. I hate looking dumb since I at least know that its spelled wrong if I see it. It's not that I'm lazy I'm dixlexic plus spelling was my worst subject I can spot incorrect spelling though and that just makes it so much worse.
