  1. Typical American argument... Find a semantic loop hole...ignore the message... BTW....it aint name calling if it is the truth... Frisky, you were a soldier...you no wussy... The thing is...you fought for your country, outside her borders, are you fighting for her inside her borders? Are you fighting for her lost wayward ways? Are you doing something about it inside her borders or are you whining on the internet? If you are only whining on the internet....yeah...WUSSY!
  2. Well ,Frisky... America always had problems... Savage Indians, French traders, Red Coat soldiers.. The people then, survived, and more came to America... Then, Americans traveled south and west to find hurricanes, crappy soil and disease and even worse savage Indians...and that did not break the American spirit. Through hunger and famine and internal war and gold rushes...America pressed on...through rich railway a-holes and corrupt politicians and outlaw cowboys, America pressed on...Chinese immigrants and Irish immigrants and Jews...and black slaves...America grew... Through WW1 and WW2 and Italians and Greeks and Germans and more English and French and Dutch and the whole phoking planet fleeing their crappy countries coming to a racial broken America to see mafia and corporate America and all kinds of scum in America control...to see JFK's brains blown out, to see Martin Luther King get assassinated, to see all kinds of shyte...yet...no matter what...that American Dream still shined bright... Frisky...how the phoque you think America became a nation? Its people were strong, and fought for her...to make her strong... You think that America NEVER had its shyte... Dude...America was just as shyte as the other countries of the time were? Difference? The American spirit to start new and fresh and to survive and win. It was true then as its true now. Problem today... Back then...the spirit to survive and win was engraved in the people... The Constitution when America became a nation only fortified that... Today...ya'll a bunch of wussies...Every bloody last one of you! I repeat... Start with stop hating your fellow Americans, start by helping your neighbor, get to know him, stop with the dumb name calling and the divisive bullshyte ...lefty, righty, liberal, conservative...faggot, whitey, snowflake, n@#ger, do away with corporate America, over consumption and do away with selfishness, get law and order and moral ethics straight and start believing again...
  3. And you know what....immigrants could help with all that... But they need to feel like they belong... As Canadians, we too, are going down this path of hatred... It aint our way... And by 'our' I do mean both of us...Americans and Canadians... immigrants are the ones that built the middle class...whether those immigrants were first generation colonists forming the 13 colonies fighting the French, or the ones that came on the Mayflower, the pilgrims, or immigrants that came in the 1800s and early 1900s because of war ravaged Europe and Africa and Asia... Instead of the name calling...DONT GIVE IN TO CORPORATE DICTATORSHIP AND SELFISH AGENDAS... The America I learned about...Americans helped one another...Americans didnt whine...Americans DID!!! Just my 2 cents...
  4. But it is! (and for Canada too) Land of opportunity... The Constitution that GARANTIES the RIGHTS and FREEDOMS for EVERYONE!!! "LET'S MAKE AMERICA GREAT" What do you think it is that makes America great? ANSWER Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame, With conquering limbs astride from land to land; Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame. “Keep, ancient lands, your storied pomp!” cries she With silent lips. “Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!” A long time ago...Americans were proud of that... What the hell happened? America is broken...its up to you folk to pick up the broken pieces and fix her... And you know what....immigrants could help with all that... But they need to feel like they belong... As Canadians, we too, are going down this path of hatred... It aint our way... And by 'our' I do mean both of us...Americans and Canadians...
  5. You always have been saying that! So have I! Lets celebrate our wisdom! Ill dance a Greek Syrtaki.... Also to brighten up the Winter January Blues!
  6. Why even post this? Its January... When in Hades has January ever been good to any muscle car sale, ever? Is this, like, shocking news or something? Oh...Mustang is outselling Camaro...THAT is the news you like to point out.... You know...El Kabong no longer posts in here.... The rest of us really dont care for that...the rest of us want all 3 pony cars to stick around and evolve into electricity powered muscle cars when the internal combustion engine is laid to rest in the next 20-30-40-50 years and beyond! I will give you this: Come summer, I think we will finally see the Challenger start losing sales as it really has become out dated and obsolete...the people that bought the first Challys were excited when the updates to the interior happened so they handed over their old Challys and moved into the new ones....but that charade has already happened once and it has become stale to happen again while at the same time, that interior upgrade got conquest sales too, but...finally, this is the end of the road for the Chally...If 1 seat Demon is true and possibly marketed as a drag only car, Im afraid the time is up for the Chally....maybe the supposed 'Cuda will help... The Camaro...is ugly as sin...and the Transformer fanboys have gotten their Bumblee Bee fix with the last generation....this Alpha one was doomed from the get go!
  7. ^^^ Well, Kellyanne Conway, \White House Counselor, did say it was a small price to pay... But the focus with some of us at C&G has gotten to be on Chicago people killing themselves and where to piss! I was ignored when I posted a speech from Quebec Premier right after a French 27 year old idiot murdered 6 in a Quebec City mosque 24/48 hours right after Trump signed that certain border ban and Kellyanne Conway say it was a small price to pay defending that shyte! Because why would words of wisdom be followed and admired when we like to point out blinders on others when the same blinders are worn by us!
  8. And I think I know why... You being from Toronto and all... You got to respect this guy though, speaking for all Canadians?
  9. https://ca.news.yahoo.com/newsalert-pmo-slams-fox-news-224302486.html One of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's senior officials took Fox News to task for describing the alleged gunman in the Quebec City shooting as Moroccan. Kate Purchase, director of communications in the Prime Minister's Office, pointed out the "false and misleading language" in a letter to Fox News Channel co-president Bill Shine that was released to the media Tuesday. "Canada is an open, welcoming country that stands by its citizens," Purchase wrote in the letter, which goes well beyond simply asking for a correction. "We are a nation of millions of immigrants and refugees, of hundreds of cultures, languages and religions bound by one, unwavering, unshakable belief: we are stronger not in spite of our differences, but because of them. "These tweets by Fox News dishonour the memory of the six victims and their families by spreading misinformation, playing identity politics, and perpetuating fear and division within our communities." Refet Kaplan, the managing director for FoxNews.com, issued an apology. "FoxNews.com initially corrected the misreported information with a tweet and an update to the story on Monday," Kaplan wrote a statement sent by email Tuesday evening. "The earlier tweets have now been deleted. We regret the error."
  10. Dafuq am I doin'? Its Hemi V8 what we are talkin' about hear! MOPAR OR NO CAR!!!
  11. That statement is completely...LUDICROUS!!!
  12. Nah, Anna, it aint me. Perhaps Mr. Trump is interested. He does prefer ladies from former Communist Block countries. He is married currently, happily I might add, but you never know. He lives currently at the White House. Yes, yes. He is the 45th American President, which is good news for you, the White House does make the President cheat on his wife. JFK and slick Willy could attest to that. Good Luck to you, Anna.
  13. And anyone could ASSUME what could be the facts. Especially when it means more people clicking on your website which in turns increases "traffic" which increases revenue through advertising dollars deeming your website is "popular". Click bait I believe is the term. ( I know the term is click bait, I just want to sound like an arrogant jerk!) (Doesnt happen too often that I want to be an arrogant jerk, but today is a day I want to be an arrogant jerk!) (SUE ME!)
  14. Ill save my energy and opinion to when all the facts are official directly from MOPAR. ALLPAR has been known to...ummmm....err...and...ummmm...mislead. But then again, they have been spot on on certain occasions. OK... TAKE 2 Ill save my energy and opinion to when all the facts are official directly from MOPAR.
  15. This is sooooo true, and it reminded me of this movie, albeit the time period is of the 1950s.... Cadillac it seems, always attracted the scum of the earth... I agree with you on your whole post and not just the part I quoted you on.
  16. My very own 1999 Oldsmobile Alero. GLS 2 door coupe. OSV concept I wished this car stuck around. (Along with the brand) I totally see the Alero be the Buick Regal we have today. But better!
  17. HA! HA! HA! Dias thinks that renegotiating NAFTA with Trump will benefit Canada? HA! HA! HA! Dias thinks that talking with Trump about NAFTA who Trump wants jobs BACK INTO the USA will somehow feel sorry for jobless Canadians? HA! HA! HA! Dias is one delusional and stupid Canadian!!!
  18. I love that front end styling. Reminds me of a snake's head for some reason... And a Ford GT... Well...the crease part that separates the top of the car and the lower front air dam. Also, those plastic (carbon fibre probably) "teeth" that are at the sides of the air dam opening. I am NOT saying they are the same. I AM saying it REMINDS me off... Lamborghini maybe on the road to prostitution..whoring out its branding all in the name of volume. It may be necessary to fend off other brands like McLaren getting too popular by offering choices to the people and to better compete with Ferrari's and Porsche's many models! Yes Porsche too, even though same parent owner... ESPECIALLY Porsche. Lambo needs R&D money to stay relevant and if Porsche has 5 models on top of the food chain kicking ass, Lambo needs that too. See General Motors of the 1950s and 1960s. But they better be careful that no brand in that parent becomes like GM of the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s...
  19. The last great Pontiac was made and killed in 2009. And unlike the GTO before it and the Chevy SS, this one was sold in Canada! G8 GXP Firehawk At the very least...a Challenger Scatpack...but really, a Go MangO Hellcat 2009 M-B E63 AMG For the looks and mostly for the motor. 2016 Aston Martin DB11 Long in the tooth. But I need an executive sedan. The CT6 that I lust over is not available yet. You know, the one with the V8... TESLA MODEL S P100D....other than the Hellcat...it could replace any other car on my list In fact, Im ready to ditch the Jaaaaaaaag for it.
  20. Im totally doing this one...when I get home tonight. I finish late...Ill be home around 8:00 PM eastern. Ill eat shyte and shave, kiss the wife and kids good-night and I will complete it!
  21. THANX for posting! Ive always wondered whatever happened to this technology all those years when Michelin first presented it.
  22. As far as pony car powertrains go, Im conflicted.... Like CCAP, I want a Mustang and a Camaro to have TTV6s... I also want them to have 350-400 horsepower Turbo 4 cylinder engines too. And of course...a V8! Plus....eventually, all those to give way to 100% pure electric power. But...I know that what Frisky is suggesting is true. I know that if a TTV6 is offered, kiss the V8 option good-bye. Some millennialz are not loyal to V8 power at all. Some are brought up on Playstation Grand Turismo/Fast and the Furious TTV6 Skylines and Supras. Some millennialz simply dont give a shyte about V8s and view them as old and out dated. Some millennialz have that idea on the internal combustion engine on the whole. Even old fogeys like myself are starting to not give a shyte about a V8 Mustang and a V8 Camaro...if a 350-400 horspower 4 banger exists or a TTV6 with that much power, WTF do I need a 500 V8 horsepower motor for? I am truly conflicted in 2017 regarding this...(one thing I am not confused about and damned sure excited about is an all 100% electric affordable muscle car. A Buick Electra GSX sounds good to me!!!)
  23. I dont know what I was thinking when I posted that! Every time I click on this post, and I see that, I get disgusted myself. And I cant edit it out either... Boy, do I regret doing that joke!
  24. When one loses a parent. Its never easy. Mentally. Its hard. To think straight. The emotions are just too strong. You go through the motions of mourning. You go through the motions of burying your parent. Mostly its the people around you pushing you through the steps but everything about the death just becomes a blur. The steps...what I mean by the steps... The crying, the reflecting, the memories...are pushed along when the people around you are going through the same cycles. They are in mourning too. You got to find comfort in that. Just remember that different people mourn in different ways. You have to let them mourn. You will find that your loved one touched many people, some people that maybe you dont really care for...hate even... You got to let those people grieve...its their loss too. You cant deny them that chance. Or for them to make amends either... At my dad's wake, I was a mess. At my moms wake, I was...OK... I was crying, but I was laughing too. I was reminiscing to people the good times I had with my mommy. I celebrated her. Then there are the logical steps one has to go through. The legal mumbo jumbo... The declaration of death. The taxes that one has to prepare for the deceased. The cancelation of driver's lincenses and credit cards and bank accounts and the final and last bill payments to be made...etc. Well, those steps too are pushed along from the people around you...the nurses and doctors, the funeral directors, the better half....With those people too, you got to find comfort with them, they are their to help. Take it. My dad's death in 2006. Its a complete blur to me. Although I saw him disintegrate right in front of my eyes, his ordeal lasted 5 years...colon cancer and then general cancer... he passed away too quickly for me even though I was with him...like a lot...yet his funeral...was a blur to me. My emotions got the best of me. He was the first to pass away on me. I took that real hard. My mom. She really died on me too bloody quickly. She had a mishap, she was fine, got operated...and was fine...then poof, she was gone. Despite that...I was more in control of my emotions. 1 year later though, and I find myself crying over my mom more often than I did for my dad in that same time frame after their respective funerals... But...I do smile a lot when remembering both of them...the good times...they never go away. I miss both of them dearly. But that also means I make sure I spend a shyte load of time with my own kids...and wife. I truly had good times with my mom and dad, I got to make sure I do the same for my kids...and wife...
